I'm not sure what to say. I just purchased my first home and I couldn't imagine getting anyone better than Ryan. Super friendly, family guy who goes above and beyond from start to finish through the whole process. His communication skills are unmatched in my opinion. I called him numerous times with questions/concerns that I thought could be considered dumb and Ryan listens to what you have to say, GETS YOU ANSWERS! and makes you feel not as dumb! If you’re looking for a dedicated, trustworthy realtor, Paul is an excellent choice. He was easy to reach, quickly available, and whether by video or in person was excellent at pointing out positive and negative features of homes, whether new construction or early 1900s. Mike Fisk was heaven sent. I live out-of-state and Mike helped make the entire selling process a breeze. He walked me through everything, was always willing to help with any questions, and his communication was top notch. I was fortunate to work with Brian and Kris Paeth when purchasing my home last August, 2023. I initially met Kris when responding to an open house in the summer of 2019. She was so kind and considerate.

I low level looked at houses in my price range and desired areas for a couple months and Kris and her husband Brian were both beyond gracious showing houses to me. I was around 30 years old at the time, a single woman, and clearly very new to the idea of buying a house. They never made me feel like a less than serious person. Even when I asked them to draw up a proposal for me (for a house I am SO grateful I didn’t “buy”) Kris had a “heart to heart” of sorts with me to be sure that that is what I was wanted. Kris was so professional and kind at the same time. I decided to not pursue that home.

Fast forward 4 years later and my dream home comes on the market. Kris and Brian walked me through the process. They were kind while being sure that I didn’t pay more than I should. I resulted in me paying 10k under asking and my home had gone up 110k! In the central Lacey area.

I love my house and neighbors SO much I want to publicly thank you the Paeths!!! They are truly great people.

We've worked with many agents over the years and I can say without a doubt Steve was fantastic for us. We enlisted him right before Covid hit and because of that our search ended up taking years instead of weeks. Four long years, to be exact. But Steve stuck with us the entire way, through all the ups and downs and near misses. Not to mention that we were picky and probably would have driven off most agents. Steve never wavered, never got frustrated. Just kept working to find us a home.

He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of real estate. Not just the selling and buying but other important areas as well - such as signs of concerning issues (flooding, building codes, poor construction, etc.). I found that to be very valuable. He saw things that we didn't see and alerted us to them. For example - where work had been previously done. Maybe a repair of an area (water damage), or a reconfiguration of the house (wall removed/added, etc.). He knows all the signs of trouble (past or present) and he also knows the signs of a good, solid home.

He was always honest and let us know what he saw, both good and bad. Many times he pointed out items of concern, things we wouldn't have known or seen ourselves. All the while, he never forced anything on us, just gave us the honest facts and let us decide. We toured more than our share of crummy, run-down homes. Plenty of properties that needed "TLC" as they like to put it. As in - "tens of thousands of dollars of TLC". Never once did Steve say "hey! this is really nice!!" He would always let us know the amount of work it would need. That was hugely refreshing after our other experiences. To me, it's a trait of someone who wants to help you find your home, not someone who's just looking to make a quick commission.

I also appreciated that he didn't try to deceive us. We asked tons of questions, most of them he answered, but if he didn't know the answer - he'd say so. He didn't lie and make something up.

Bottom line - he did a tremendous job for us and we are incredibly grateful for all his hard work. We likely drove him crazy and I wouldn't have blamed him for bailing on us, but he never did. His sole focus for the entire four year search was simply to find us a home we'd be happy with. Great experience and we'd absolutely recommend him to anyone in need of an agent. Can't thank him enough.
