I booked way ahead for an economy car but when I should up for my appointment they had none and gave me a SUV instead for the same price. The car was clean and had no issues. It was a pleasant experience.

Andrew at Hertz Olympia was absolutely amazing. I desperately needed a vehicle for a family emergency trip, and Andrew was nice enough to help keep my anxiety at bay and help me find options and choose the right steps I needed in order to get a rental. 10/10 service. Hopefully my husband and I get to rent from Andrew and Hertz again in the future.

Very pleased! The counter agent was prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous. I got a great car, and was out the door in just a few minutes. Two thumbs up!

its ridiculous the amount of bad reviews this place has for the great customer service i received. cars are clean and look brand new, i tried 2 of them. i spoke to 3 different people and all of them were nice and helpful. i even got a call a couple days in from one of them just to see how things were going with the car and my situation. 5 stars, i would definitely come back. thanks guys!

We have rented 2 cars from this location in the past month. Both rentals were a great experience and the vehicles were perfect. Staff was very attentive to our needs and provided great service.

We picked up a rental at the Olympia Glacier Aviation location. We arrived early, and the two ladies working were very kind. I was told it might be a few minutes, but Amanda [I believe that is her name] said she would help me despite being early. It took no time at all. I was given an SUV--7 seater-- for no extra charge [I would guess that being a smaller Hertz outlet at a small airfield, they must try to accommodate last minute aviator’s requests, as well as renters that don’t always return the cars they initially sign up for or even on time. The larger rental vehicle was a blessing when we were able to drive our son and 3 grand kids to a family gathering—which saved us from having to drive 2 vehicles in nearly 2 hours of horrendous traffic.
Just to reiterate my thoughts on this Hertz location: The ladies working were helpful, kind, and efficient. I would definitely rent here again.

Make sure you join the Hertz Gold Club then it doesn't cost extra to add a spouse driver. They did not have what we ordered so they had it driven down from Seattle and had it ready when we got there. Awesome.

Andrew & Michael are probably the nicest people I have ever met in customer service in my entire life. All of my interactions with them have been great, they really go above and beyond for their customers!

I came in right before they closed and got great customer service, they even upgraded me to a more expensive car for no extra charge. All the other reviews are complaining about price, but mine was very reasonable. Very happy with my experience.

Friendly, prompt, and helpful service. Decent rate and great experience overall. Google maps shows the location as closed on Saturday but it was open.

They are a very small location, the car was top of the line, very clean, price was great, work with insurance, very helpful.

Made a reservation online that didnt end up working out but the employee working there at the time went above and beyond to help me figure out an alternative way to get where I was going and it really made my day.

Great customer service, would highly recommended them for car rentals.

The only problem I had was finding a place close enough to return the car from where I was staying.
