Rite Aid

I went to 2 Walgreens to get passport photos taken. I was turned away with bogus excuses. I came to Rite Aid and Megan & Angel got me in and out within like 2-3 minutes. Both with smiles and friendly demeanors. I appreciate them so much, they have no idea. Management, I know you’ll see this, give those two a raise! Service unmatched. Thank you both!!

Prescription was called in the night before after hours and was ready to be picked up at the exact time I was told it would be ready. Additionally, the pharmacist found a discount for me without having to ask. No complaints here!

Always pleasant, try their best to fill prescriptions as quickly as they can. They have alot of new employees but things seem to be working pretty smoothly. Answer phone pretty much every time. Problems during covid due to lack of help but that seems to be cleared up now.

Always a great experience at Rite-Aid. The pharmacy team helped me with my new prescription and transfer prescription. Floor staff helped me find what I needed. They are my pharmacy of choice. Never a bad experience. Always stellar service.

May 19, 2023 UPDATE: A few days ago I filled a prescription at Rite Aid Pharmacy on Cooper Point Rd in Olympia - everything went very well and I believe that this pharmacy (and the store) are now functioning in an outstanding manner and so now I give this pharmacy and store a 5-star rating. I would like to note that this pharmacy and store is exceptionally clean, well organized and the store person who helped me was friendly and professional.

I've had very good luck getting prescriptions filled at Rite Aid on Harrison. They can get busy at times, but I've never had an excessive wait. I found the staff to be friendly and professional. Non-pharmacy products tend to cost a bit more than the grocery store, but Rite Aid has a lot of really good sales, too.

I want to thank all of the employees at this location. I visited earlier this week and was served in a timely manor with courteous and patient employees. It hurts to hear that people complain about employees when they are the ones being impatient. Every business is understaffed and no one should be blaming the employees that DO show up. I saw multiple people in line to pick up and one by one, they were all rude to the employees assisting them. Do people not understand that different medications take different times to fill/store etc? I want to thank you all for showing up and doing the workload of 2-3 people each. Great job.

I went to urgent care today and then to this pharmacy drive thru RIGHT AFTER and they had my prescription ready!!! (2 cars were ahead of me so my total wait time was 15 min after leaving urgent care) I was amazed at how quickly I could recieve it. This is my 3rd time coming to this rite aid in the past 3 months and couldn’t be more satisfied, Quick, professional & efficient.

Always find what I go in for. Pharmacy ok, but it can be hectic and a wait.

The line for the drive thru is almost always long, but you can ALWAYS reach someone on the phone. My last pharmacy wouldn't answer their phone for hours and would never return my voicemail. Very very happy I switched to a reliable pharmacy :)

I use two Rite Aid Pharmacy. The first one is the one in Aberdeen and this one in Olympia. What I find is that the Olympia one treats their customers with dignity and respect. It is a night and day experience that I have with the two pharmacies. I highly recommend this pharmacy located on Cooper Point Road in Olympia.

Great customer service in pharmacy. This has been our pharmacy for years. They are always quick, our prescriptions are usually ready within 10-15 minutes.

Unparalled customer service !! Each time I come in, I am greeted with a kind word or a warm smile. I cannot comment on the pharmacy. This rating is for all of the front of the store clerks and managers.

Dude working the pharmacy counter today 7/15/22 went above and beyond and I’m so thankful for him today. The line was long and he was short staffed and yet he stayed positive and super friendly.
