Stephen Wade Dealership has always taken very good care of us. Making appointments are easy and online. They have all my information in their system. Appointments are always available and convenient. The service staff is always pleasant and greets you when you drive up. They always have good drinks and snacks in the waiting room and get you done in a reasonable amount of time. They make a video of all the work they are doing and show you under the hood and under the vehicle. They come in and give you a review of what they have done and what needs to be done. We are always satisfied with our service and care.

After 3 months of searching for the perfect used car, we finally found success thanks to the team at Steven Wade Honda and Toyota. From the moment we stepped onto the lot, we were greeted with a level of professionalism and warmth that made us very comfortable. My wife and I were introduced to Eddy Jocson who became our sales representative. We were impressed with his knowledge, patience, and genuine interest in helping us find the right vehicle for our needs and budget. Together the three of us worked through the available automobiles on the Honda lot and later that night Eddy searched for other vehicles in the several Stephen Wade inventories. By the next morning, he had identified two vehicles for us to consider and we purchased one of them as soon as we test drove it. What stood out was Eddy’s ability to listen to what was important to us and focus his research efforts to find the right vehicle for us to consider. The dealership’s commitment to transparency and honesty was evident. We dealt primarily with Sales Representative Eddy Jocson, Sales Manager Justin Swift, Business Manager Candace Abbott and it was clear that each of them valued customer satisfaction above all else.

David was amazing! He worked with me so that I was very satisfied with my purchase. When I took the car for a test drive to show my elderly mother, he was so cute and sweet with her.

Had a slow leak in a tire (had purchased the set here and it was still under warranty). I called and Steve told me I could come on in without an appointment which was great! He was polite, professional and they repaired the tire in a short time! It was great I could get it looked at same day!

I have been here 3 times now for oil changes and have had a great experience each time. I like the video they send you with the service tech doing the inspection on your vehicle. They have always done a professional job each time. The only issue I have is they go super fast on the video and I would like to see them slow down and really show you what’s going on underneath your car. They have found a leak and I’m thankful for that. Overall very happy!

Henry did an outstanding job on my service visit. He went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care. I really appreciate his doing so. He should be praised for going the extra mile

I took my Mazda CX-9 to get an oil change and the people in the service department were fantastic. I know it’s just an oil change, but I was treated like royalty. It’s nice to see happy, friendly smiling faces. They were also very helpful with a couple of questions I had. It was a great experience.

My salesman eddie was great! He was very friendly and outgoing. Made us feel at ease! Answered all questions and helped with anything he could. Didn’t push and let us take our time. Showed up to test drive a few cars and ended up leaving with one!

Moving here from Ohio where I bought my Honda Accord, I worried that I might not find a good, honest service company...BUT, I have been so impressed with Greg's kindness, enthusiasm, honesty and helpfulness in the service and attention he showed to me and my car! Henry was so kind, so professional and helpful. Any employer would love to have Henry as an employee. Stephan Wade is most fortunate to have him. I would not hesitate to recommend family and friends to purchase their vehicles and have them serviced there and to ask if Henry can be their service person. I was on a road trip when my tires wore out. I dropped into Steve Wade Service center in St George. Greg Veazie met me and explained what was wrong. Two hours later I was on my way back to my road trip with new tires. I was very happy with my experience.

We were very pleased with our experience when we had our Honda Pilot serviced. We arrived at our appointment almost 30 minutes early and the service manager we were working with told us it might be up to an hour to get the service completed. We were waiting at the dealership and it actually only took about 20 minutes to finish and get our car back. The service manager was very informative and cordial and we would definitely recommend Stephen Wade Honda to our friends and family!

I brought my car in for a routine oil change and rotation today. I found that I had a low tire with 2 nails in it. They repaired my tire for free and that saved me time and money. I really appreciated their service and willingness to help me. Thanks!

They got me in when it was convenient for me. The night drop was great. It’s easy to use. I always enjoy the video and yet they still personally will go over questions I might have. I will go back. Oh and they even gave a free car wash pass from tag n go.

Buying my lastest used Honda was so easy and stress free. Randy King helped me 5 years ago with another Honda purchase and I was so happy to hear he is still there and helped me with my resent purchase last week. I appreciated that they had one person assigned to me, Jacob. Jacob introduces himself to me, takes my keys, reports back to me. I like the video as they show and explain the condition of the brakes, tires, etc.
I like that they talk to me about in finds, suggestions of other services my car might need before repairs, giving me a choice.
I haven’t liked dealing with most car dealerships for repairs or services, but I like Steven Wade. I hear others discussions in for service with their service man like mine, Jacob and I am impressed with what I hear and how they are truly wanting to help people with their problems , not taking advantage of them.
