Every time we try to shop here the door is locked and there is a sign saying something along the lines of... “be back in 10 minutes..” waited outside in the car for almost 30 minutes. Someone inside came to the door, so I assumed it was being unlocked, when I went to check it was still locked and no one was there to be seen.

Hours said they opened at 9:00, I’m here at 9:15, door is locked with a sign saying “back in 15 minutes”. What manager allows that? You just lost a sale. I’ll go elsewhere for my preworkout.
