I've used them 3 times. The first two were reasonably fast and the checks were in the mail

My 3rd and current one has been waiting for 60 days. It turns out when they say it takes up to 60 days they mead 60 business days or 3 months. I contacted them about that and a response came back in less than 30 minutes.

I never would have noticed my 3rd one on the web site because of the misspelling of my last name but they actually sent me a letter telling me it was there. Now that's service, going the extra distance.

Edit: I'm down to the last week or two of the 60 business days and the check is in the mail. Right on schedule. Way to go.

Nightmarishly bad website. You can reset your user ID or password with your email address, so why not just simply let users log in directly by just sending a token to their email? No, you have to reset your User ID (why have one if you have an email???) and then reset your Password, and then you still have to take an email token to log in. Insanity. And that is just logging in. Try doing anything else and your soul will be crushed.
