My wife and I recently went in here and it was such a clean, comfortable pawn shop. All of the employees were super helpful in finding everything we were looking for!

Super clean facility and nice employees! It was my first time into a pawn shop, and they really did a great job of explaining how everything works! Plus there prices are great! I got a Nintendo switch for way cheaper then I could find anywhere else! I’ll definitely be back!

I was heading home after a pretty long stressful trip and ran into some car problems on my way through town. I needed cash fast and Family Pawn turned out to be just the solution I was looking for! I haven't had much experience in a pawn shop but the employees were very friendly, professional, and the whole process was incredibly simple. They made me a fair offer and I was able to continue on my way without any issues. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a fair and friendly business. I have bought a lot of thing from Family Pawn. The people that work there are the best! They work great with ya! There layaway is awesome, I have bought lots of electronics from them and am very satisfied with everything I've got! I have been in a lot of pawn shops. This is the cleanest one I've been in. After a day of dealing with a couple of pushing car salesmen across down I was happy to get some solid customer service from The guys at family pawn. They had a good deal on an used car and Noah was very nice and informative and I was very close to make a cash purchase. Unfortunately the manager said they were not allowed to let me test drive on the freeway and we're not allowed to let me get it looked at by a mechanic across the street. That's a bummer Must be something up with vehicle.

The following day, I got a quick response from the owners about being willing to allow me to get it checked out. Thanks for the quick follow up and good customer service. Still on the fence on the vehicle purchase but I appreciate the way manager Fitz and owners handled it. Thank you!

I was going through a terrible divorce and needed cash to retain an attorney. I sold every bit of my gold jewelry at Family Pawn. They were more than fair with me, they actually cared! They treated me like a person, not just a customer. I always give them my business. They're friendly and they know what their inventory is, so you can ask about anything you may be looking for and they will know right away if they have what you're looking for in one of their 3 stores. I recommend Family Pawn to anyone needing a good deal, or fast cash!

I am a regular customer buying tools for my garage door company. I love visiting with Audrey; she is always patient and kind with my requests for tools. The owners Chris and Fitzzy are always funny and kind. I love this business and refuse to shop anywhere else.

Sunset is my favorite pawn shop to go to. I love working with the managers there. They know how to get you the best deals and are happy to work with you. I haven't seem customer service like this in a long time.

The Family Pawn at Sunset has always impressed me - they are a cut above your average pawn shop. I bought a 12 gauge shotgun there a while back and was real pleased with the selection (especially for what I was looking to buy) and the knowledge of the employees. Gun's been shooting fine and I got a sweet deal too :)

Family Pawn is one of my favorite stores in this town. Every emoloyee that I've dealt with in my time going here exemplifies great customer service. They have a good selection of items at fair proves and they ha2vr layaway, which I love. My son is really into gaming and this is the only place I will buy him a new system or games. No need to spend a fortune elsewhere!

I took some boots in to sell and thought, "there's not not much chance they'll want these ". Surprisingly enough, they offered me a fair price for them. I was grateful for the quick cash.

We had absolutely nothing but the best experience with family pawn. From the minute we walked in the door until our purchase was made, nothing but the nicest of people. I was not 2 feet in the door when I was greeted with a warm welcome by Mykelti. Mykelti and the gemologist on site were very helpful in helping to pick out a ring my mom loved. The ring needed to be sized and due to a bad experience she was very hesitant. After having family pawn send it out to their company to be sized we could not be more pleased. You can not tell it was ever touched. Amazing experience with this store and will for sure go
back when I am in St. George!

Ive been going to family pawn since i was about 10 years old, to buy video games, and other goodies. Ive continued to use them all these years later. Working with them, as well as purchasing from them, these guys are easily one of the best pawn shops ive ever been to. It feels like a BUSINESS, not a place of corruption like others in this town.
