I want to thank Marissa for helping me with all of my issues with getting me the lowest rates possible for my auto insurance as well as offering me some advice in my time of need. She took the time to make me feel comfortable and made sure that my needs were met even though they took extra time and she had other obligations to attend to. She made me feel as though I am part of a family and not just another customer. Keep up the fantastic work you are a true blessing Marissa. 😇

I was with big insurance companies for many years, make no mistake, allstate is for sure a big insurance company, but a company of independent agents.

Before Allstate we had Geico and Progressive. They were extremely difficult and frustrating to work with. Working with Alicia and Marissa has been the complete opposite experience. They truly go above and beyond and are so easy to get in touch with. I won’t work with anyone else. I will stick with them for the customer service alone, even if I find a cheaper option.

Alicia and Catherine were amazing. I had insurance through progressive and called to switch. The 1800 service of all state made a huge mistake and set my date out 7 days without telling me. Alicia made the fix and made sure I had her as an agent because of how bad the 800 service screwed up. I am now the proud owner of a policy that fits me and my family. My homeowners insurance also is lower and with this agent. I can't speak more highly of how Alicia and Catherine were able to take care of me. I will highly recommend calling these two before you go anywhere else. They will take good care of you. Don't call the others. I feel so comfortable with this agent.

Get an agent you can TRUST. Alicia has been in the game for so long, she knows exactly what she’s doing. When we found out she has her own office, we knew we had to drop it all and transfer! Even with a drive from Tacoma, we’re glad to make that commute knowing that Alicia will do whatever it takes to find the best rate/policy for us. She’s very attentive, personable, and her team reflects that as well! You’re in good hands with Alicia but even better hands with Alicia for Allstate. (So cheesy but true).
