Friendly knowledgeable staff. Quick to find discount coupons if needed. Great work with giving vaccinations on-site. They were very responsive to my sensitivity to shots, and the pharmacists are great at explaining medications. They have become my preferred pharmacy because they are responsive and usually have what I need. Sometimes there is difficultly with insurance coordination but they are always very nice about getting on the phone and straightening things out.

I'm switching my numerous prescriptions to Fred Meyer in Lacey after 16 years with Walgreens. Elly in the pharmacy is amazingly competent, friendly, professional and capable.

Great staff. Always super helpful. Prescriptions are always filled in a timely manner. 10/10!

Getting my medications here on 11.21.22 was so easy, all the staff was beyond helpful and kind even though i could tell they were possibly short staffed. Pharmacist made sure I knew all the detailed information about a new medication and also help find and sell me what soap I needed to prep for my next day surgery. Bye Rite Aid. This was the easiest and most painless pharmacy experience I’ve had in years. I came in shortly before closing, assuming I’d need to come back the next day to pick up but they had my prescription ready for me within 15 minutes.

Went here for my COVID 19 vaccine. Best pharmacist I have ever met! Seriously though. I've been given countless shots over the years and this one was a .1 out of ten on the pain/anxiety scale. Super nice and explained everything that was happening.

Update: Got the name of the pharmacist when I went back for the second shot and thought I would share. Pharmacy Manager KAZA. Great guy all around.

I can't say enough about the staff. It's always been friendly, informed and effeicient. I had a very expensive precription and immediately three staff members started trying to bring down my cost.

The staff is extremely helpful, knowledgeable & timely. We have had great service. We moved here about a year ago & used CVS at first but changed to fred meyer about 2 months ago for better service. So glad we did & highly recommend them! Service is superb.

I want to thank Vijay Kaza for his excellent service and compassion when helping me with a problem I was having getting my prescription filled. I had been to my own pharmacy of 10 years and three others and no one could help me. Fred Meyer Pharmacy went above and beyond to not only finding the right medication, but assuring me it would be in stock (as much as possible). My own pharmacy simply 'shrugged' that they did not know what to do and could not find the medication and then suggested I go elsewhere or ask my Dr. for a different type of prescription. However, Vijay Kaza searched for it and found it! He did not give up! I was shocked by his diligence and impressed by his kindness and concern. What wonderful people work at this pharmacy!
I am so disappointed in my own pharmacy for their lack of interest, and their lack of concern for me and their unwillingness to help -and so I have decided to switch to over to Fred Meyer Pharmacy. On my first visit, every staff member I made contact with smiled and made me feel welcome. On my second visit, I received the same cordiality. The young lady who checked me out was very sweet and very friendly. I don't know what more to say other than I feel confident with this pharmacy and I don't feel like just someone going through a drive-through. Thank you Fred Meyer! I have been going to this pharmacy for 7 years. I am so sad that my insurance requires me to use a different pharmacy. They have been the best! I will miss the techs and the great service and caring attitudes.

I was shocked that service here 1000% better than nearby Rite-Aid. I know things going down hill for Rite-Aid, but Fred Meyer's Pharmacy has it right from the get go!
