Start of process - Nicole quickly reached out via text (I mean this is how anyone communicates best now) to confirm next steps and understand my situation. Settled on an appointment and met with Zach. Hands down - one of the best folks I've worked with on a transaction. Knew what was coming in, kept the inspection quick and easy, and the paperwork. Even with minor technology issues was able to complete the transaction in just over 30 minutes. I highly recommend that if you are looking to sell your car (trade in or out right) to stop in and say hello to Zach. Especially if you are doing an EV in New Jersey, it was a no brainer - better value for my car than at dealer.

Made an appointment to sell our car (husband got a new job, and a company car along with it). Took pictures, gave all the information, and they gave us a "no-hassle" price which we were happy with. Took the car in, they looked at it in person. Noted a small notch in the window shield (fair) and said all 4 tires were worn out (it just passed inspection 6 weeks ago, so were a little surprised about the tires). That dropped the "no-hassle" price about $700, then they said that they noticed a slight "clicking" or a "notching" when they turned the steering wheel. Said it could be the steering wheel column....or nothing (we never noticed anything). That dropped the "no-hassle" price another $1k. We asked if there was anything they could do to definitely confirm the "issue", and they said they could take it to their service center.....but that would take more $$ off the offer price.

Ultimately, we walked away but were very disappointed. Had something been definitely wrong, that would have been fine -- but a "slight clicking noise" that we've never noticed sounded off, especially since they wouldn't just take it to a service center (right next door) to confirm if there was a problem with the steering column or not.

2-stars instead of 1 because they were polite and friendly, and did offer donuts. But we wouldn't recommend bringing your car here to sell.
