GIANT

We had a really good experience at our local Giant today. I had my two young children in tow. We were checking out at the self check out and slightly struggling. One of the workers came over to help and gave the kids stickers. Something did not ring up correctly and they took care of it extremely fast. They even offered to help me get the kids/groceries to the car and gave them each a balloon. It’s rare to be treated as an individual and with such kindness. We won’t forget and my daughter is already asking to go back to her favorite store.

The store was clean and well stocked. It also has great quality merchandise and wonderful selections. What more can I say!

I got to say this place is always neat & tidy. Not quite Wegmans but a step above Walmart. Except for product diversity but hey that's not their thing. I've probably visited this location over 100 times and every time I go it seems like the workers actually enjoy being there. Can't say that for a lot of companies.

The Giant stores vary greatly by location. Both the Quakertown & Hellertown stores have a large selection of products. The Plumsteadville location does not stock as much. Overall prices range from average to high compared to Weis & Shopright.

This is my go to grocery store in Quakertown! They always have what I need and the staff (especially Amy in the bakery!) are awesome! The addition of wine and beer is super convenient, when I need to grab some for entertaining!

My first time at this chain, had a great selection and easy to grab what I needed.

Everything I needed happened to be on sale. I had a great visit until I was in the doggie isle to get my dog some treats and there was only 1 pack left, there happened to be a worker in the isle and I asked her if she could look in the back to see if there was anymore. She turned to me and said I don't work in this isle. So I asked her to call someone else to help me, she replied I don't know who to call. Come on let's focus and find someone who could help me. The kids today have no drive, focus, or manner's.

Always well stocked and they sell beer and wine

It was quite relaxing I ran in late close to closing and I know that most times it makes the employee's a little upset but I don't drive so I have to take rides when they are available. But besides that these 2 employees were so nice to me even when I held them from going home on time. We laughed alittle and joked some and I thanked them for being so nice and I left. Super clean store and very organized ... Love that!

Best produce manager I've met.

Went in and grabbed a nice rib roast for Christmas. The man in the meat department was great, helping me find the right size roast. Always friendly service and very helpful. Also grabbed a ham to have with the rib roast. This week they have chicken thighs and legs for $ .79 a pound. Great deal

A lot of staff usually around to help. Items are usually all stocked well. Very good for sales.

This Giant also offers beer and wine but require photo ID and purchased at separate checkout from rest of groceries. Gas station is also on-site where you can use your bonus points!

Giant has the best produce of any of the other grocery stores around . Everything in the department is large and fresh. Prices have been going up on all products in the store but no more than any other store. The free ham was the best ham I ever had. We all agreed.
