As a locally owned business they have my full support as an overly satisfied customer. Sam’s inventory is a well maintained and he will work with you to get you into a new vehicle. Amazing service! Owner is super honest and real with you. Got exhaust work done and replaced my motor mounts for a good cost. Inspection price is Great! 10/10 coming back for anything my car needs! Honest & Fair - Cheap and complete Inspection, Great Oil change, Great Service.
I've gone to Top Auto Center for a number of things, and they are always able to get me into the shop within a reasonable time frame (if not right away), their prices are fair on repairs, and they stand behind their work. They have done my flex pipe, a few coil packs, brakes, state inspection, oil changes, and a few minor repairs on my vehicle.

The best thing I witnessed there, outside of my own experience, was hearing them call a customer and explain to them that the repairs needed for the vehicle was not what the customer was sure it was before. The customer was insistent that the repairs would be several things and wanted it all done, but the guys at Top Auto would not make needless repairs to the vehicle- even though it would have brought them more money.

First of all, Sam is the man! My family and I have been going to Top Auto for a few years now, we are always grateful for the awesome work that they do, and the courtesy, understanding, and professionalism that we are shown. Sam has always been fair, honest, and trustworthy. What else can you ask for?

I will NEVER buy a car anywhere else but Top Auto! This is our second time buying from them and the experience was fast, easy, and, most importantly, unlike any other time I’ve purchased from a big dealership. The owner is kind, knowledgable and really wants to do right by his vehicles and service! Thank you! Totally made car-buying the fun experience it should be.

we just bought a car from Top Auto tonight. Test drive went great. Signed all the papers and started to drive home and the brakes are making the car shake like mad. Called Top Auto after 5pm. They're closed for the weekend. FB messaged them and Sam the general manager got back to me right away trouble shooting over the computer. He has assured me that they will fix the brakes FREE of charge and will have our new (to us) car good as new Monday afternoon so l can proudly drive it to work like we bought it for. Friendly, personable, kind, and just all around nice people. I am keeping faith that they will keep their word. Will update after Monday. Would still definitely do business with them in the future for mechanical needs and also purchasing another vehicle when our oldest starts to drive.

Excellent customer service. Just had my car inspection done here and everyone was extremely nice. Had me in right on time and done very quick. Would recommend them to anyone who needs any work done. Plan on going there for any of my car repair needs.

***UPDATED 10/21/2021 (5 months after my original review below) - five months later and I would recommend this shop to ANYONE looking for a reliable auto shop. The battery in our 2016 VW Jetta died this week and would not take a jump, so we needed to have it towed to Top Auto Center. I told Sam flat out that it wouldn’t take a jump and I believed at that point there was something wrong with the alternator, or perhaps the starter or some other electrical issue. Got a call a couple hours after the shop opened today and learned it was simply a dead battery, 100% drained which is why it wouldn’t take a jump. Sam COULD have been like “yeah it’s the alternator” or whatever and could have made much more money, but he didn’t do that. He was honest and replaced the only thing that was necessary - the battery. Top notch shop here, folks.

Recently moved to Quakertown and needed a good shop for inspection and future auto care needs. Decided to try Top Auto Center and was not disappointed! These guys are so professional and kind!!! As I was waiting for my car, I heard one of the owners calling around for a part another customer needed - a local parts shop was trying to charge this other customer 4x over retail for a part and the owner just wasn’t having it...he kept calling around and looking online to find a fair price for this customer. For my vehicle, they brought me out to the bay to show me the items on my car that needed replacing and why to pass inspection. Everything was extremely transparent and honest - there was no question at all that they were being upfront with me about what my car needed. It’s so rare to find an auto shop that is honest and values their customers. I’ll be going back again and again for all my vehicle needs!!
