Steak And Hoagie Factory - Richboro

Stopped by with my teenage son on a weeknight before closing, the sandwich shop is small but very clean, nice atmosphere and good menu selection. The food was very good, made fresh and pretty quick! Highly recommend if you're in the area and want a great cheese steak!

I tend to go to the newtown location alot. Since I was in richboro was craving a nice juicy cheesteak and some well done fries. And they gave me exactly what I ordered. Amazing fries and a very juicy cheesteak for only having 2 staff members working.

All the sandwiches we have gotten at this restaurant have always been fresh and a very generous size, whether it's steak, hoagies, pork roll, etc

This place was amazing. There’s nothing that I would’ve changed about my experience there was a really nice worker named Ella she was absolutely fantastic and treated me very well. I will definitely be coming back all thanks to Ella.

Love this place. Everyone is ALWAYS so kind, so I’m not sure what the bad reviews are talking about. Amazing wings, I love the Honey BBQ, and they always give me a ton of blue cheese. Cheesesteaks are also super super tasty. Last time we ordered through Uber Eats, they wrote us a cute note on the bag thanking us and throwing in some extra food. Stellar service, amazing food. Not sure why they have any bad reviews.

Ordered for big family dinner and food was great. We had salads, french fries, chicken fingers and cheesesteaks. Always good service and quality food.

I seriously love this place! Seems to me they are always busy but that never stops them from making amazing food. I actually think they have the best buffalo chicken cheesesteaks in the world no lie lol

Wonderful place! Ordered two hoagies and some fries with cheese. My kids absolutely loved the fries, especially the cheese that they came with.
The bread was also very fresh, probably the best hoagies I've had in a while!
Overall, the food and experience was excellent, and my family didn't have a problem at all with any rude staff like many others have been complaining about.

Verry good food. Portion size and quality are good, prices are average on most items. Ingredients are verry good quality. My favorite is their Turkey club on white toast. U get a lot of sandwich, its assembled w care, and usually I can't finish all 4 quarters because of amt of food. The price is right.

Update - owner has fixed the issue.

Ordered through Uber Eats and paid through PayPal. When my husband picked up, they had him pay by card. I paid twice for the food! And it wasn't very good. Since they changed owners, the prices are jacked up and the food isn't the same.

Good food, big portions.

Changing my review of five months ago. Since then, we’ve had quite a few sandwiches and wings. The hoagie rolls (and ingredients), recently sampled, are as good as any around and their wings are excellent!

Super duper rolls! They are genuinely good bread all on their own. The steaks and Hoagies are also excellent

So good.... and the service was fast. Will definitely be back.
