Holiday Inn Express & Suites Warminster - Horsham, an IHG Hotel

The rooms are clean and spacious, the pool is very large and well kept, and the hot tub is a great addition to the pool area. The breakfast was great, and the staff was very attentive, replacing products that were running low. It's also very close to many restaurants and retail stores. We will definitely be returning in the near future.

We enjoy a winter weather hotel stay close to home for the kids to do some swimming and no fuss breakfast. We’re happy to have this spot less than a mile from home - the front desk service leaves a bit to be desired, as an IHG member we inquired about extended check out to which we were told we should read the fine print and request such needs ahead of time.

The pool is clean, large, (not heated- approx 80 degrees) there are some lounge chairs and tables that provide a nice spot to sit. Was pleasantly surprised to find a hot tub as well!

I cannot praise Natalia, the attendant working breakfast, enough. Nothing gets by her! The food was always well stocked and she was so helpful to many of the guest. She even have special attention to the little ones.

We’ve tried a lot of spots for our home “away” weekends and this was one of our favorites.

The rooms here are huge!! The room we had slept 6 people. The breakfast are solid in them mornings. Pool closed at 11pm. Did seem they let people stay and party late in the breakfast area so it was a tad louder than ya hope for at a hotel but wasn't to much of a bother. Overall a good experience and would come back.

Room was neat and clean with a courteous helpful staff. Breakfast was good with tea, coffee, juice and milk. The only downside was the cost of snacks at the front desk. Cheapest was $3.00 for a Snickers or other small candies, cookies etc.

Stopped in for one night after spending time in the area with friends.
We have no complaints, staff, services and amenities on site were great. The room was very comfortable and spacious. I personally slept like a rock. The morning breakfast was very , very good and as always. I appreciate the 24 hr coffee.
Would recommend this brand and management group to others for a great stay

Mike and Peter made sure our rooms were ready when we arrived, thank you. The breakfast lady was awesome did not get her name. She made sure there was breakfast ready for all. Thank you again awesome people you have there.

From the moment we walked in it was a great experience. Melissa at the front desk was kind and courteous. The entrance was beautiful and clean. We got to our room and it was clean and spacious. It smelled freshly cleaned. The towels we so cutely folded! Breakfast was good. The area was kept well cleaned and stocked. When we checked out it went smooth and he was professional and polite.

The location is great (there is a Walmart across the street) and close to main highways. We felt safe the entire time (there was a security guard also). Wi-Fi was easy to get on.

We will definitely use this hotel again when we are in the area!

This should be the model for all hotels. Clean, new, comfortable, and nice.

Nice, clean hotel. Good breakfast and coffee. Holiday Inn Express is a very reliably good brand. We left an iPad in the room, and the hotel was willing to ship it back to us.

I gave location a 4 because it was a bit off Route 95.

We've been coming to this hotel for years it is so clean and nice. The front desk staff is always friendly. I just love the rooms and how they have a small kitchen area. The shower head is amazing the water pressure is great ! My favorite part is the shower gel soap, shampoo and conditioner are all in pumps mounted to the wall. I absolutely love staying here breakfast is amazing that comes with your stay. Always enjoy coming here and always sad to go. Pool and hot tub are also very nice.

This hotel is really really nice! The aesthetics for one are amazing, including the lobby, elevator, and the rooms themselves. The room was clean and orderly and was enjoyable while we were there. Would recommend this hotel for anyone who needs it, as it is very nice with nice hotel staff too!

I was drawn to this hotel based on the excellent reviews. But I really liked what I saw, the staff is friendly places clean updated it's modern. Their breakfast is filling, fresh with a lot of choices.

I've stayed here a number of times on business. The rooms are always clean and the staff is always friendly. This will always be my hotel of choice when I'm in that area on business.

This place was very good to stay they have gym,pool,plenty of parking everything is near like walmart costco food gas station cvs pizza hut aldi kohls and many more storesthe front desk lady was very polite and gave us a very good service also the cleaning staff was very polite breakfast was very good also

Recently (3/19/22)my son’s hockey team stayed at the Holiday Inn Warminster. The staff was excellent! The staff was extremely friendly with parents and children alike. They offered the breakfast area for a team pizza party and helped us set up. The rooms were spacious and clean. I have been on many hockey trips where the hotel staff was annoyed or even rude about that many children at one time- the was NOT the case at the Holliday Inn. One of the best hotel experiences ever. Thank you!

It was the perfect Hotel to stay in after a day at Sesame place, amenities were perfect, staff was courteous, breakfast was great a lot of options. About 22 minutes from sesame place very Satisfied!

This hotel was fabulous! It far exceeded my expectations of a Holiday Inn! The hotel was extremely clean. The rooms are gigantic! We stayed in a suite with a whirlpool tub. It was clean, functional, and huge. The pool is very nice. It didn't have that crazy chlorine smell like many hotels. The housekeeping staff was so incredibly friendly and prompt. I highly recommend a stay here. We definitely got our money's worth.

Chose the hotel for two nights at Sesame Place. Hotel had 2 queen beds and sofa bed which accommodated our 2 adults and 3 children nicely. Pool was open late and no issues with the breakfast in the morning... good to eat nice meal before expensive prices at theme park. Not too far from attractions and has good dining options close to hotel.

Newly renovated. Very clean. Spacious room. Great lighting. Love the J R Watkins soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, & hand cream. Only had 1 k-cup for coffee for 3 people so had breakfast downstairs. Good variety for breakfast considering the pandemic. Staff was helpful when key card wouldn't work.

Felt super clean and beds were super comfortable. Only complaint I would give it is the walls/doors are super thin. We happen to be there with people letting their kids squeel and throw fits in the hallway at all hours of the day.
