I was shopping around for a better rate on both cars and home insurance, and came across John and Melanie. I must say, they were quick, informative, responsive, and friendly to work with. They gave me the best rates out of every other company I spoke with and even gave good recommendations on my premiums that I would have not known to ask for if they didn’t mention it. Thank you again for all your help!

I recently had a billing issue. Katie from the John Stockmal office worked tirelessly to rectify the situation. She kept in touch with me via text or phone almost daily until everything was resolved. I have had my Auto and Homeowners policy through the John Stockmal State Farm office for many years. They are always professional, courteous, and efficient. In all honesty, they treat my family like we are part of their family.

I called Melanie because I needed insurance for an apartment that I was moving to in the area. She was thorough in her questions to me to ensure that I was receiving the appropriate policy and then followed up with me. I was impressed with the time that she took with me for a small policy. I have my home & auto insurance with John. I have had property loss - personal, my car hit-twice & a few claims (unfortunately from standard household appliances - hot water heater, washer, heat pump, etc.).

No matter what issue has come up, John always takes a personal approach to make sure I am not inconvenienced & helps to get the ball rolling on a claim & to keep it moving to make sure it is resolved as quickly as possible.

John and his staff are excellent to work with. They are always friendly, work to get you the best prices, and are quick to help you in case of a need.
