Deceptive and uncooperative. Took this attorney to small claims court because she - and her staff - failed to point out that the $10,000 retainer was "NON-REFUNDABLE." Anyone looking into an attorney should now be aware that retainers are NON REFUNDABLE, and read the paperwork before signing. Especially if they choose to not disclose something so important - a NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER for TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS.
