Fran's Pub

I really like Fran's Pub. I love their Cheese steak Egg Rolls and Cheese steak with wheat bread. Very tasty 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. The waiters and owners are very nice people. Thanks to them for respecting the visitors of Fran's Pub.

First visit. Great spot with an enclosed patio with doors that open to the street. Warm in the winter. James was an excellent server. Very attentive. Everything came out of the kitchen quickly and piping hot. Had the chicken Chile and side salad. Both were generous portions. We shared the sampler appetizer. Very good as well. Will definitely be back.

Thank you, Karen, and Fran’s Pub for creating a wonderful rehearsal / welcome dinner the night before our wedding! Fran’s Pub had the perfect, fun, laid back feel that we were looking for to welcome our guests to the area for the weekend! The food variety and amount of food was perfect for a larger crowd and everything was delicious! The back room was a cute setting for our night and our waiter for the night was very attentive and helpful - and kept the drinks coming! Karen was a pleasure to work with while planning our event and our buffet menu! I highly recommend to anyone looking for a laid back group dinner with great food and atmosphere!

We so much loved the place, great food and atmosphere! Staff are warm and welcoming, especially Jackie! She made our experience extra special - we felt at home! here s another “5 star” from my 8 yr old son Jude to Jackie! :)

Stopped in after a group hike. They were very accommodating for an unplanned group of 12. I had Fran's Chopped Salad with chicken. Definitely want to go back for that. The picture of the salad was after I ate half of it 😋.

This place has been in New Hope forever. It's a great people watcher place when sitting outside. There's a bar inside with a pool table and a Tiki Bar outside. They have a good selection of food which should satisfy everyone in your group. I usually choose this place when I want a bite to eat and a drink.

I like the food and staff. I have seen customers bring their dog(s) to their table on the patio and I am find with it. As long as they are outside should not be a problem. If anyone is afraid of getting pet hair in their food because someone's dog is near them, the same thing can happen if a dog is walking by on a windy day. Not all dog shed a lot, but some do. I don't know what the policy is at Fran's, but I have seen a lot of people bring their dog into the Ferry Street Market. Inside there's a chance of dog hair building up, so I don't think the dogs should be allowed to be inside. So people have allergies to dogs. I love dogs and cats, but I think there are some places they should not be allowed to come.

Very great place to eat! I really liked the burgers that they serve. Great place to have dinner on a Saturday night. I would 110% recommend to eat here.

My wife and I favorite stop in New Hope. All the food is great, service is always on point and the atmosphere is perfect on any day. Plenty of outdoor seating with umbrellas or heaters so their is never a bad time to sit outside. Been going for years. A must try. Plus it's in the middle of everything so a great spot to people watch and see some great bikes and cars.

Picked this place for holiday lunch with work team. Nice place in a cute town. There is plenty of street parking (paid) and free parking available in the rear. I got the grilled Salmon and it was delicious.

Paytn was an excellent server! She knew the menu well and was cheerful to talk with and ensured to ask if we needed beverages refilled. The strawberry margarita was a perfectly blended cocktail. Order it all, pierogies, hot turkey sandwich, rigatoni with vodka, and BBQ pork sandwich, delicious. The BBQ and rigatoni were excellent.
Wee bit cold in the restaurant. Although, we've been spoiled and now the cooler nights came up on us cooling everything down.
We will be back.

An update...

Then we had delicious vegetarian Napoleon sandwich that was light and crispy on the outside and warm and soft veggies with mozzarella! Fries and sweet potato fries crispy and delicious!
We loved it so much that we came back the next day, on Sunday . Was on hour drive for a fun day and another great lunch in Fran’s Pub.
Our family is judging places that we go to eat out and I believe that this place came to the top:)

My boyfriend and I have eaten here numerous times and have never been disappointed. Service is wonderful, drink and menu variety are wonderful as well. We love the calamari, and any of the sandwich options. Fran's has a phenomenal atmosphere and is great for people watching. We LOVE the outdoor area. I've never really ventured inside (maybe once or twice), but I do appreciate they have the same Yuengling Puppy Poster that I do. I love the consistency of Fran's.

Great place to eat when visiting New Hope. Reasonable prices , good food and friendly service. I shared Cesar salad, mozzarella sticks and had an order of chicken tenders and fries. Large portions. Definitely recommend and will return.

I get the takeout Classic burger frequently. Best calzones in town (but remember to add fillings)! Very friendly staff (Jake, Erica, Teanna + others)! A New Hope institution.

We didn't order food but we did sit at the outdoor bar. Great spot! Wonderful service.

I had the best time sitting at this bar and enjoyed the best BLT I ever ate.

I had lunch before and server was amazing and good. This time took family and friends and lunch in but service not as good as expected . Definitely will wait out next time. Cool place.

I can't speak for anyone else but I thought this place was great. As one person said as they walked by, "this place has a great vibe". We showed up around 6:30pm on a Friday night. We got seated right away. My wife and I grabbed a table near the sidewalk. We told Jake, our server, that we were kid-less; so we were enjoying the night. Normally a server would get us a drink and disappear, but Jake constantly came back throughout the evening to see if we needed anything. He was always super polite and cheerful. We ordered some drinks, apps, and dinner. I got mozzarella sticks and a cheesesteak. Both were really good. Music was great; some nice 90's rock. We had a wonderful evening. I would definitely go back.

New Hope, PA is one of my happy places. Since discovering it in 2021 with a guy I was seeing/turned friend after he ended things I've tried to get back here as much as possible. It's not a bad drive from Long Island. For some people a two to three hour drive is a bit much, but I drive a lot and I'm fine with the drive. So I went back on September 4 with a bunch of friends. I've been here with people and I've come alone. I like doing both.

Everyone picked Fran's Pub to eat in so once I parked my car in the usual lot I park in we walked over to the pub. It's an old school/local pub with a lot of seating.

I chose to have the BLT. I'm doing slightly better with money now, not great but a little better because I got money refunded for a flight that I cancelled. But during this time I wasn't sure about the flight refund and I was pretty much almost broke. Technically with the amount of debt I have I am pretty broke no matter what until I work to pay it down.

The BLT was good, a nice amount of bacon, lettuce, tomato and Mayo. I think the chips they served were homemade. They were amazing about letting us hang out at the pub for a few hours. There was a group of us so maybe because it was a sort of large order they didn't mind. My one friend didn't want to be outside much because it was brutally hot and my other friend has bad knees and doesn't want to walk around. So 3 out of 5 of us in the group stayed in the pub. My other friend and I walked out after leaving our share of money for what we ate to go to Terri's gifts because I like to stop there when I visit New Hope as well.

I would recommend this pub for a New Hope Visit.
