Horseshoe Bend Park

Horseshoe Bend Park what a beautiful nature preserve.. the South entry has the trails for hikers and picnic areas the North entrance has area for dog walking and fields for dogs to run and other dog owners can sit and chat together . There’s some tables and benches around too. Park goers are to clean up after themselves and leave nothing . The park is super clean and they want to keep it that way .. it’s in a beautiful setting in the Hills of Hunterdon County farm and horse country .. nestle near charming stone estates .

A wonderful place to bring your dog. The dog park is several acres in size, enclosed by fencing. There are also several trails for adventurous hiking dogs.

Great park for hiking that's not too crowded. Watch out for ticks if you end up in the fields for your hike!

Was a nice relaxing drive to get there and very clean. Just wish it had more benches without having to go inside of the dog park.

Gorgeous, well maintained park. Well marked trails and varied scenery. Excellent place to horseback ride or dog walk.

We love coming here! It's a 7 acre fenced in dog park. Trash cans are provided for your dogs #2s and there is fresh water access to fill the dog bowls up with water.

I am a member of a group of Pembroke Welsh Corgi breeders and we have held our regional specialty show there since 2019. It has worked out very well for us. There is adequate space for people traveling in RV's. A large fenced yard for your dog to run if you choose. And it has working restrooms in the main building. A little dicey getting there with narrow, winding roads, but it's very pleasant once you've arrived.

Awesome Dog Park and Majestic Views

Nice set of trails that serve hikers, mountain bikers, and horses. The trails are pretty wide in most areas. There a some nice views as well. You can get in 4 mile hike pretty easily on these trails.

Great hiking at the south entrance parking area. Nice 4-5 mile loop with stream crossings, nice up and down hill areas, deep forest, open meadow, and lots of deep woods. No facilities other than a porta-john. Hardly ever more than a couple of people there!

Wonderful place to run your dog free! Large actually huge fenced area with raised area for owners, water and plastic bags for waste. + Great people!

Such a great park - wonderful to have such a large dog park. We take our 3 dogs there and have had very little issues with other dogs or people, which I find remarkable.

This place is beautiful! The trails are well-being maintained. Many trails for horses that vary in difficulty and help you feel that you are really away from it all.
