I recently bought a car at a great price from Bob. An issue came up 45 days later. With the mileage of the car and the price i paid, this was not unexpected. Bob went above and beyond to make it right. I was very pleased with my experience at Burnworth. I will definitely be a repeat customer

I went there to look at a car. I didn't call ahead of time, but when I got there a nice man helped me look around for a car for my son. He was very polite and gave me honest opinions. Even though I didn't buy anything the over all experience was nice. I did not feel pressured at all. I would go back again if they had something I liked.

Always have something on there lot good for a first car they have a few under 4000 not bad

Most bad reviews come from those who want brand new for used price & are unhappy when they leave a used car lot with a USED car.
This is a business with employees who somehow make you feel at home in a dealership! Took my car in to get it priced for trade, on the way out (mind you AT closing time) my brakes went out on my daily driver as I was leaving the parking lot. They ALL stayed after hours & bumped me to top priority for the next week knowing I am in need of a vehicle, but the one I was looking to buy was fresh on their lot & still needed serviced on their end. PURE HONESTY from each salesman & mechanic I spoke with. If you are looking for a reliable family car, they have it! If you are looking for a $500 beater due to personal budget, they HAVE IT! No matter what you are looking for, be mindful you are looking at used vehicles. One thing they WON'T send you home in is a death trap. Truly loyal & honest to their customers. I highly recommend!

Just got a great deal on a used 2013 Chevy Cruze! They were friendly, professional and let me have all the time I wanted for a test drive. They even took the car inside so I didn’t have to look at it in the cold! Now that’s great customer service! Got a great price and will enjoy driving it.

Awesome place. I have been buying from them for years now. Prices are fantastic, employees are great. Vehicles are priced for what you get. If you want a perfect car, then buy a new one. However, even new ones these days have issues. If you want a nice used car. Stop by Burnworth Auto inc. Just a family friendly atmosphere.

Bought a 2009 Jeep Compass for the wife the staff were friendly! There was no hassle trying to sale anything and when you wanted to test drive a car they were more than happy to give ya keys and plates and send ya on your way. I've bought three cars from Burnworth Auto over the years. The customer service has always been excellent and they took care of me when I had an issue with one of the vehicles I purchased. I have been looking for a specific car, year model and color
Burnworth auto had that car a month ago so I spoke on the phone with Mr Bob and asked for info on the vehicle. Not only was he ready to answer my questions promptly but he send me additional pictures of the car
In telling him I'm interested in buying and paying for it over the phone, he diligently transfer me over to Ms Battiste who completed the transaction.
Mr Bob took care of everything else leaving the car ready for a 1000 mile trip from PA to LA.
It has been a fantastic experience surpassing my expectations and so I want to give Burnworth the thumbs up with gratitude for making my wish of owning again a 1996 Ford Escort in excellent condition

Great as ever , this is our 4th vehicle we have bought there and no problems with any of the so far I would and have recommended them to friends and family . Really good people there , and decent cars and cost . I am thankful they are there .

I know from the past amazing experiences that I know I'm getting a fair deal and they truly go the extra mile to maintain and ensure customer satisfaction! Jared, Bob, and Jacquie are fantastic people and excellent sales men/women. I truly mean when I say don't trust these bad reviews they aren't even close to the reviews they should be getting. I will NEVER buy another used car from anyone else other than Burnworth. If you don't believe my review than take a trip to Burnworth and see for yourself. It's well worth it!
