Kevin (owner) with Beaver Building and Remodeling met with us to discuss our multiple projects. He listened to our ideas while making his own suggestions and were are very happy with all the completed projects. Full master bathroom gut and redo, new front door entryway, hardwood stairs and railings, luxury vinyl planking of the first floor, and new robust and taller baseboards on the first floor. Jeff and his Team were great and paid attention to details. Would highly recommend and use them again.

We are thrilled with our two remodeled bathrooms! Ryan worked patiently with us while we figured out the best options we had for our space, and set us up with helpful retailers to purchase our materials. The job started during the holiday season, and Jeff and his entire crew were very clean and courteous and conscious of being the least disruptive as possible. Communicative, always asking if we were satisfied, and finished on target in five weeks! Highly recommend!

We used Beaver for a gut and redo of the kitchen, pantry room and half bath in our 100+ year old home - from start to finish their team was organized, professional and easy to work with, communicating at every step. Our project stayed on time and on budget and we absolutely love the result! And the free house cleaning at the end is a nice bonus. I would definitely recommend!

We’ve worked with Beaver before so when we decided to remodel our kitchen there was no question that we would use Beaver. They will keep you updated every step of the way. The team, headed by Mark, were in our home for five weeks. All were very professional and respectful. We absolutely love how our kitchen looks now. It is modern and functional with plenty of storage. When we decide on our next project, Ryan, our project developer, will be our first call.

After getting many quotes and consultations with various companies, we used Beaver for a kitchen remodel which involved taking down a load bearing wall and reconfiguring the entire space. It was great to work with them. Jeff was our lead and he was always responsive even after hours and would answer any questions or concerns we had along the way. Kevin and his wife ( the owners) were also great throughout the process. Customer satisfaction and doing things the right way is very important to them. I would recommend getting a quote from them for whatever your project may be.

Kevin at Beaver Building runs his business with the most comforting mindset: we will get it done right. He does not pull punches or point to fine print. He wants the job done right and he wants you to love it and does what it takes to make it that way. Beaver built an addition and deck for us and it’s truly straight out of a magazine beautiful. It has transformed our home and we couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out. John, our foreman, was so knowledgeable, professional, skilled, flexible, and friendly. He was a joy to work with and always accommodated all of our many requests.

The Beaver team, led by Joe, was phenomenal. The primary crew consisted of Joe, who managed the job with support from Dom and Cole. Additionally, Bryce was here for a day installing the backsplash and hardware for the cabinetry, and Peter did the painting in the bathroom as well as the kitchen. The crew was polite, respectful and
courteous at all times. The whole crew worked exceptionally well together and Joe was a fantastic manager. Beaver is fortunate to have him as a leader. He is knowledgeable, thoughtful and patient. The job looks fantastic. They exceeded my expectation for sure.

Mark and his crew remodeled our kitchen. They were very detailed with their work and always on time. They were very communicative throughout the process. We will def be using Mark for a future job! We are so happy with our remodeled kitchen!

Beaver and their team were awesome start to finish! We had extensive remodeling done to both our kitchen and bath, as well as all new siding and new windows installed. We were so impressed with how organized they were. We received daily updates, and were kept informed regarding timing and plan every step of the way. They paid attention to detail, and were meticulously clean. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. We were actually sad to see them go when the work was finished!

We used Beaver for 2 projects. We updated our kitchen backsplash and countertop, and tiled a fireplace along with a new custom mantle. Both finished projects exceeded our expectations. Jeff and his team are skillful and knowledgeable. Jeff built us a beautiful mantle. He is so skilled and professional. The teams arrived on time and cleaned up each day and finished according to schedule. Mark and Andrew from Beaver remodeling did an excellent job on our kitchen repair. They were on time, very clean and protected our home with tarps as they worked. The work completed was meticulous and makes our kitchen look better than before we had the water leak. We will definitely be using Beaver Remodeling again for projects on our home!

Our sunroom had been flooding every time it rained. We finally reached the point where we could not leave the house if there was even a hint of inclement weather on the radar. A trusted family friend recommended Beaver so we gave them a call. Within 24hrs Kevin was at our house, giving the room and surrounding area a proper evaluation, taking note of the problems, and answering every question and concern with a real solution. Jeff and John, the project managers, along with their crew, worked steadily and professionally, showing up on time, cleaning up every day, and storing supplies safely so they could pick up where they left off. We unexpectedly needed a new door and window and both were installed without any delay to the project. A whole new wall was built and waterproofed, the room painted, and new floor installed. We finally have a room that we can use and not be afraid every time it rains. We are extremely satisfied with their work and can highly recommend the company for its professional, friendly, courteous care.

Kitchen & Family Room remodel: We chose Beaver from a friend recommendation after we went through multiple estimates from other companies. It was very clear that Kevin was knowledgeable and experienced and not just a sales person. Kevin, John and the whole crew were helpful and professional through the whole process. They did a fantastic job. They cleaned up before leaving every day. They showed up on time and did the job in the time frame given upfront! Great service, expertise and devotion to customer concerns. We recently had Beaver Building & Remodeling resolve a stair case lean issue. They were extremely proficient when identifying the issue. I had a great experience working with Beaver Building and Remodeling! This is the 3rd time I have used them to do work for me on my home. I had a kitchen remodeling, and a bathroom remodeling done previously and they were great! This time I had painting, and repairs on my stairs, and new doors hung. They also repaired cracks in the walls and prepared them for painting. Todd is fantastic! He dealt with my numerous questions and changes in what I wanted done with patience and respect! Mark fixed the stairs, hung the doors and sanded the walls to get them ready for painting and he did a meticulous job! Ryan did the painting and repairing things that needed to be done during painting. I am very pleased with how kind, respectful, and professional they all were. I have more work to do in the spring, and I will be calling Beaver Building and Remodeling to do it! Thanks!

Beaver Remodeling recently installed a new shower in our owner’s bath. We worked with Ryan, the project manager, Jeff, the lead carpenter and his team, Brian and Billy. We can’t say enough about them! They were very easy to work with, honest, respectful, on time, neat and did an amazing job! Our old, fiberglass shower was transformed into a beautiful, modern and functional shower. We were consulted on every aspect of the job and were pleased with their response to all our questions and concerns. We were also very pleased with Avalon tile, Peter, Beaver’s painter, and Ultimate shower, who provided our glass door. Everyone who worked in our home took great care to keep it clean and free from damage. We couldn’t be happier with our new shower!

Beaver completed our master bathroom in the spring of 2022. It was a fairly extensive project. They completely gutted the room, had to reconfigure closets and relocate the plumbing, etc. They were a pleasure to work with from start to finish and I think my house was cleaner while they were here because of how much care they put into cleaning up at the end of the day. We are so happy with our beautiful bathroom!
