Bucks County Auto Care is great. The crew there took care of my sons smokey car on very short notice. The business is very clean, well run, and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this shop.

The staff were incredibly friendly and informative. I relaxed and sat in their waiting area, which was kept very clean and offered magazines to read, a television, and coffee! I will definitely be coming here again for service.

I've been coming to these guys for over 15 years and I have recommended them to everyone for just as long.The office and mechanic staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They truly care about their customers. These guys really know what they're doing, they're priced fairly, and their work is quality. They are also so great at answering my questions and explaining things to me in a way that I'll understand. I won't go anywhere else. As long as these guys are around, I'll be a loyal customer.

Great experience here! These guys pulled off a miracle for me. I needed an inspection on the last day of the month with no notice, and turned out I needed significant repair to pass the inspection. They got the parts and did the work in one afternoon! They went far above and beyond to get me back on the road when I needed to. Very professional and accommodating even though I’m sure I totally messed up their schedule. I definitely recommend coming here!

Excellent service, Mike and Ray are the best. Years ago they fixed an oil leak on our Chevy celebrity, for us, that had been already "fixed" at heritage chevrolet in Doylestown at a significant charge. Mike and Ray said they could FIX it for real for $100. They fixed it and we kept that car at least another 10yrs. Excellent work. Con't to take our cars since. PM

I started coming to Bucks County Auto Care many years ago based on a recommendation from a trusted friend in the automotive business. He certainly didn't steer me wrong (no pun intended). Rob and his team are nothing short of amazing. I couldn't even tell you how many times I've called them with minor as well as major vehicle issues and they always do their best to get me in ASAP. Rob is an awesome resource, given that he's not only the service advisor but an experienced technician as well, so he's always able to explain things clearly and answer any questions I might have. As a family-owned business that seems to truly care about their customers, it's a refreshing change from the franchise/chain repair shops who try to upsell you things you don't really need. This place tells it like it is and lets you make the final decision. I've always heard people say if you find a good doctor or a good mechanic it's like hitting the lottery...that may be a stretch, but all I can say is that these guys have helped me out of a jam more than once. They do the job right the first time, stand behind their work, and on the rare occasion something still needs attention they take care of it immediately.
