Forest Hills Municipal Authority

They are my only bill that I cannot pay online or even over the phone. They do not take debit or credit cards. Its cash or check only. With my (normal) work schedule it is difficult to take time off of work to go pay my sewer bill. Plus, they rate consumption double than the water company. Where I pay based on four person household at the water company they set me at 4000 gallons per month and usually cost around $22 per month. This sewer company bases the same at 2000 gallons and then doubles my consumption charge. So, my sewer bill is usually around $60 per month. Since, my only other option is to get a septic system they can get away with it.

We moved here in 2015 and even then this was the ONLY utility you can't pay online. You can setup for auto withdrawal, but EVERYONE isn't comfortable giving out their private info. along with too many "AUTO-withdrawals" makes juggling a checking quite the task! I don't understand why this company doesn't come into the FUTURE with the rest of us! Setup for Online Bill Pay and let people handle their own bills!!!!!

Everytime I call no matter what time of day I get a busy signal. This is a governement building how can you not at least have a voicemail or out going message. I honestly think no one is ever there.
