Farmers Insurance - Eric Cohen

Eric took care of getting me set up with Farmers so quickly. He took care of everything for me & put my mind at ease about canceling my old insurance that I was so unhappy with. I know that God forbid I ever need to make a claim, Eric will take of me & my son. It’s so nice to know that there are good people who genuinely like their job and not just trying to make money.

A few yrs back, Eric had taken over for my former agent, who wasn’t that great. & to my surprise, Eric has been a Diamond in the Rough!!! He not only provides Exceptional, prompt service, but he’s very knowledgeable, friendly & genuinely caring - something you wouldn’t expect in the cutthroat greed-driven world of insurance. Not only that, Eric has demonstrated to me & my fiancé that he Really does Care about & invest in his clients. He not only knows us personally, but remembers the things about us that we share with him. When he asks us how we’re doing, he Means it!!!

Eric Cohen is the Sole reason why I will NEVER switch insurances!!! He’s on top of things, knows the ins & outs of the business, & even saves me the headache of trying to problem-solve when things go wrong or awry. I Don’t know What I’ll do if he closes his business!!
