They have pa game of skill i won but they said I would have to come back to get paid why have the machines if you can't pay out you took my money

Wow just wow. Absolutely no costumer service!!!! Won on a skill machine and they couldn’t pay out without the owners approval. I geuss they own the bike shop next door. Then the owner tried to actually write a check for a 300 dollar win. That’s not the only part she asked if she could take my picture!!!! Wow they definitely have mental issues if they are running a business like that!!!! If you can’t pay out on the lottery and skill games maybe they should get rid of them!!!!!!it seems to me mismanagement of gambling money is common at this location maybe another audit is needed.

I have NEVER met ruder people in my life than the employees here... I stop there after work almost everyday and buy lottery tickets. The girl that is always there in the afternoon with the blonde ponytail is so mean! I simply asked her a question today about second chance tickets...she answered me very rudely and after I got in my car I saw her making fun of me to her coworker! What kind of customer service skills is that? I work with a lot of people that will nt even step foot in this place because of how rude the workers are. It's a convenient place to stop, but I don't deserve to be treated rudely. Management I hope you see this and make some changes.

Extremely rude employees pumps constantly malfunction when informing the employees that you are barely able to get a response from the buttons they just fold their arms and ignore you not even one word of acknowledgement I've always been under the understanding that employees reflect management and especially in this case the owner

Bad service. Rude employees. They get mad if you use your debit card as credit.

4% surcharge on all credit/debit card purchases but no decrease in prices to encourage cash purchases. And poor customer service
