I bought a cell phone at the Johnstown location. The sales rep was Chris. I could not have had a better experience. Chris was very knowledgeable and was willing to explain everything he was doing to activate the phone. He also helped restore some of the apps from the older phone on the new one. Also another sales rep, from another department, came over and talked with us while Chris was readying the phone. I was very happy with the support and overall atmosphere of the store. I highly recommend this store.

Earlier today I went to this Best Buy to upgrade my iPad. I had previously gone around the Holidays, but couldn’t get waited on. Today I was fortunate to get Zack as my sales professional. He made the whole process, with trade-in, seamless and enjoyable. Ask for Zack to wait on you. You won’t regret it!!!

If your in the market to buy a TV, go see Jon at Best Buy in Johnstown, PA. He's very knowledgeable and has great people skills. After doing my own research on the Samsung Neo QLED TVs and their pricing, we plan on returning to make a purchase.

Had a problem with my laptop, the tech took me right in and fixed my computer in about 20 minutes, very nice gentlemen!! Not to expensive either. Go geek squad!!!!

Recently had two amplifiers, a tailgate subwoofer, and some speakers set up in the car audio installation department with Victor. He definitely put up with a bunch of questions and even got me back in same day to do a little more fine tuning to make sure I was happy with the install. Not only that, but the amplifiers ended up being in even better locations than I had originally requested. I was a bit nervous using best buy for this install but I would definitely go back as well as recommend the Johnstown Best Buy for car audio installs as long as he's back there! Oh and it sounds fantastic too!

I always shop at Best Buy for all of my electronics and accessories because they have really nice stuff and the employees are super friendly and very helpful if you need assistance with something and they try their best to make your visit a great and happy one so you find the thing you are looking for.

Yes sir, I can for a 65” TV in my car! The guys were great as usual and we got a great deal on a new TV.

Workers have knowledge on the items they sell. I'm a techie guy and it can feel frustrating when you have a question at the bigger stores and they work in electronics but have no clue about what they are selling. It would be like buying make up from some seller who can't answer what will be good for your skin or a hardware store not sure if that bolt will be ok. Here the staff knows. They are not pushy either to make a sell. Store is also up to date with everything.

Delivery is available so that even makes the competitive prices so much better. Need help with your electronic devices, the geek squad is there to help. Customer service is amazing. The sales associates are knowledgeable and can assist you with your purchasing needs.

I had a really great experience here today. A salesman helped me find a new iPad and some accessories and went way above and beyond what I expected. The people that work here are very knowledgeable and seem to be genuinely interested in helping you understand new technology and matching you up with the right stuff.

It was the first time I was in the store and didn't know how big it was and all of the stuff they sold. Everyone was VERY kind and helpful to me.. I will definitely go back... HIGHLY RECOMMEND here

Was very easy. Had a online pick up to get, was able to walk right in and employee told me where to go and was out in less than 5 min. Associates were very friendly and quick at there job.

A I entered the store, I was greeted by their friendly staff and guided to the appropriate area for the merchandise I was interested in buying fairly quickly. During my recent visit, I was very impressed with your sales associate, Karissa. She was patient and answered all my questions on printers and ink jet cartridges and helped me make a decision quickly. Karissa did an excellent job. She was professional, very knowledgeable, warm, friendly and efficient! I continue to have great shopping experiences in everything I have purchased at Best Buy!

I walked into the store was greeted. As i made my way to the area where the phones were; i immediately saw that the sales people were with customers so as i browsed around.The sales associate came to me when he was free. He was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable about the products. He was informative without being condescending. He went the extra mile to assist me and took care of all my needs quickly. I left feeling satisfied with my experience and confident with my purchase... And it all took place during my lunch hour.

First, I was greeted as soon as walked into the store. I appreciated that. Then, he led me to the associate that could help me. I was looking for a new digital camera and the salesperson was extremely helpful and considerate. He answered all my questions, helped me with my decision and was very polite. I forget his name but he was very professional looking also. Everything he said about shipment was exactly right. Thank him for all his help.

First time using the curbside pickup!!! The check in was easy to find and access in my email. The actual check in process was very quick. Just a few questions about where I was parked and car info. They had my monitor out and in my trunk within 2 minutes. Will use again!
