Brian and Keith are not what you'd expect to find at a car dealership. We live 2-1/2 hours away so I called ahead and told them we were coming to see a Nissan Frontier. When we got there it wasn't on the lot...they had pulled it into the garage to clear off the snow that had fallen that morning, and give us a warm place to look it over!! Good luck finding that at a name-brand dealership. The price of the truck was VERY reasonable, they gave me a fair price on my trade-in, there was absolutely no pressure to decide like there so often is at the bigger dealerships, and did everything they could to ensure that we had a truly enjoyable, stress-free vehicle purchase. Brian also took the time to go over most of the vehicle's features and functions. There is so often a great deal of stress, pressure and frustration associated with buying a vehicle. Brian and Keith remove all of that and make the process actually enjoyable. I highly HIGHLY recommend buying from them and would do so myself again without hesitation.
A word of caution: don't let Roxie sucker you into giving her Brian's hat as a toy! With her big eyes and wagging tail, she can be very persuasive!!

Keith and Brian went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed for a vital family vehicle. Even personal cell numbers to make the process easier, good luck getting that at a big box dealer. At closing Brian gave us a voucher for a second key fob since the vehicle only had one at purchase as well as an extended warranty once the vehicles intital one ran out. We could not recommend them more as they came through with local dealers having a 4 to 8+ month window on vehicles that interested us.

When my vehicle was totaled, a friend at work recommended I visit Hollern to look for a new vehicle. I've always been the kind to be skeptical of car dealers, but I trusted my friend so I decided to give them a try. Keith, Brian, and Jim all helped me throughout the process at one time or another, and everyone was extremely helpful and courteous. I never got the gross feeling that I usually get when I walk into a car shop once. The price was fantastic on the 2016 Kia Forte I ended up purchasing, and I didn't find any surprises in the condition of the car, the cost, or anything for that matter. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and with their service, and look forward to doing business with them in the future (and recommend all my friends and family to do the same)!

Went in today and walked out with a brand new Mitsubishi. Brian worked with me to make sure everything went smooth. Was in and out in like an hour, and even went over the car and all the gadgets on how they work. Definitely would recommend.

My wife and I bought a 2019 Nissan Rogue SV from Hollern & Sons this past Saturday. The buying experience was great. Joe the salesman was very helpful and owners Brian and Keith were great to deal with and, also, to just sit and chat with as we visited them on two Saturdays. Great inventory, no pressure, honest information and just a relaxed atmosphere. We will definitely be buying from them again and have been telling our friends.

The employees at Hollern's are wonderful. We were looking for an inexpensive car for our teenage driver. They had several vehicles available, one of which they told us we shouldn't buy based on problems the mechanic discovered. Such honesty is priceless! My wife and I purchased her 2017 Dodge Durango R/T there from Joe Walters back in sept. We live on Long Island NY and Joe was the best at making sure all our questions and concerns about the vehicle were answered before I drove all the way there. When we arrived we were literally treated like family by Keith (who gave us some nice dealer tee shirts) and Brian. Us driving 720 miles round trip is a testament about how this dealer is operated and who they are. Just absolutely great people and an unreal pleasant dealer experience. Just purchased my brand new car last week. I live out of state and couldn't find my title for my trade in. Everyone was really helpful. They held my car for me until i could get it, were super nice and told me everything about it. They also gave me an amazing price and top dollar for my trade in, as well as assisting me with all the information about my title. I had been searching for a used newer pickup truck for 6 months and was beginning to lose hope after dealing with bait and switch tactics from a car dealer in the State College, Pa area. I found the truck I wanted online, but because of the distance I could not visit the dealer immediately. From the description online I was prepared to buy this truck but I wasn't able to visit until 4 days later. I understand the "bird in hand" concept of car selling and knew that the dealer couldn't hold the car until I made the 90 mile trip in 4 days. I emailed the dealer and received a response immediately and Brian Hollern kept in constant contact with me throughout this time and held the truck for me on the day that I made the trip to the dealership. The truck was exactly as advertised and Brian went the extra mile to help with the business transaction. I have been on this planet long enough to qualify as a senior citizen and this transaction was the most painless that I have ever experienced. I am now the happy owner of a lightly used 2017 Tacoma truck purchased at Hollern & Sons, and I will be making the 180 mile round trip for my next car.

I have purchased many vehicles over the years (yes, I am old) and I have never had a better buying experience. These folks are are very good to deal with. Like many people these days, I did most of my car searching via the internet. I found what I was looking for at Hollern, made the deal and then went two states away from my home to get the vehicle. The car was exactly what they represented and the entire process went very smooth. No hassles, no pressure, just a very nicely handled business transaction. If you are in the market for a near new vehicle, you just couldn't do better than buying from Hollern. My only regret is that I did not have an opportunity to meet the dogs.

Greatest dealership ever! They truly take care of their customers! We are on our third vehicle from them. We never had any problems before. We bought a van almost 3 weeks ago and everything was going great. We had the van for a week and half and were leaving for vacation. Driving up Eisenhower blvd. and it started overheating. We got it up to the dealership and they tried to figure out what was wrong, weren't sure what was wrong, tried to get it into Laurel but couldn't due to almost closing time. Brought water to our dog, offered to put their dogs in an office do we could bring ours inside. Asked if there was anything they could get us . Truly concerned about what was happening.They loaned us a van to take that was almost exactly the same as ours so we didnt have to delay our vacation. Had ours fixed when we came back and all it good! They could not have been more helpful or nicer! We would definitely recommend them to anyone and will always go back to them for our next vehicle.

i bought a truck at Hollern yesterday. The experience could not have been more positive. The truck was at the price advertised, no last minute surprises, and the price was better than others on-line by a lot (and i did a lot of research on-line). And Lewis and Brian from Hollern could not have been more helpful or more low key in their sales approach (no high pressure, no point where i thought, these guys are trying to come up with an angle). I would recommend Hollern highly to anyone considering an auto purchase. And, my 2016 Ram Laramie is great, low mileage and in perfect condition. Thanks Hollern, i appreciate the great service.
