Caitlin, at the Johnstown office, was very helpful, clearly explained my cpap machine and how to operate it. She is very personable and clearly answered all my questions. When I asked for her business card, she even wrote her contact number on my info sheet because she did not have a card to give me.

I stopped in for support hose before my leg surgery. The lady was super patient in helping me find the right size and the owner helped with processing my insurance. Great customer service! Highly recommend!
