Have always had great help from the staff. Very knowledgeable. Can usually tell me pretty quick if they have what I'm looking for or not. I feel more confidence choosing here because oft times when someone has brought me down an aisle for a specific part, they'll open the package to see if it's what I'm really looking for. Makes you pretty sure you're getting just the item you're looking for. Thanks!

Zack was amazing to work with. I called with a question about a battery. He was very helpful. After my phone call I went to Carquest where they checked my alternator and battery. We purchased a new battery... Zack and Pax installed it for us , it only took a few minutes. Thanks for your help and service!

Got the part ordered quickly and got it a couple days later. The one I talked with was very helpful and knew what I was looking for. Definitely going to go back if I need a hard to find part.

They are always quick and happy to help. They most often have the parts I need or can get it quickly. A lot of times it is the same day

Every and I mean every staff member was very friendly and very knowledgeable! Answered our questions and led us to the correct battery to our golf cart.

I am really impressed with the service here. They were knowledgeable about there product and quickly helped me find what I needed. As I was checking out the teller offered to put on my new windshield wipers for me. It was pouring rain outside! Two ladies came out and replaced my wipers for me. It was above and beyond customer service! Thank you!

Patt is amazing! I lost my lug nut key and called Carquest to see if they could help me replace it. Patt answered the phone and after describing what I needed, he offered to give out his personal cell number so I could text a picture to him to make sure it was the right part. At the store, he found what I needed, but it was part of an expensive kit so he asked a manager if it would be ok to sell it as a single item. The manager approved and I went on my merry way. Once I got home I realized I had one more issue, but I checked the time and realized they closed 1 minute ago. I decided to try calling anyway, and guess who picked up? Patt. He was able to help me resolve my issue quickly. Give this man a raise! He went above and beyond to help me on my Saturday project.

This is a Family home business that works hard to make sure ever customer is satisfied. He won’t mind harder working employees.

I had a part that I didn't even know the name of or what it came out of, but the parts man helped me find out what it was and got it ordered in under half an hour. On top of that friendly and concise service.

This is easily the best place to go for car parts. They are extremely knowledgeable and they have the best prices. They are even able to find parts that the computer may not mention but will work anyways. I will always go here over the other places first.
