I absolutely CANNOT brag enough about this company. They did a phenomenal job from start to finish. I thoroughly enjoy the technician, Lee, who serviced us. He was professional, kind, and had a wonderful personality. I’m so thankful for the job they did. I had a gnarly stain on the couch and they got it out! We also got out carpets cleaned at a later date and we are thrilled with the turn out. 10/10 recommend.

Kevin was also very attentive to our needs and helped us navigate our appointments.

I highly recommend Squeaky Clean & Dry for your carpet cleaning needs! Kevin was accommodating when I scheduled the service. He was reassuring when I called with concerns of rain forecasted for the day of our appointment. Lee was our service technician and he was just awesome! Starting from the phone call to let me know he was on his way. His humor brought an instant smile to my face. He walked through each step of the process he would be doing and our carpets looked fantastic when he was done. Lee's fun personality and clean dad jokes had me smiling the whole time. Just an all around good experience one would not expect to have when getting carpets cleaned. I have 2 more rooms to have carpets cleaned. We've used another well known carpet cleaning company in the past, but Squeaky Clean & Dry will get our business from now on.

Lee did a great job with cleaning my carpets. I love that he explained the entire process and covered pricing before doing the work. He was thorough and very pleasant! I definitely will have them come back next year for a maintenance cleaning.

He was very communicative; he called ahead when he was on his way, he was very knowledgeable about the company, he informed me of all my options and the process involved. He has a delightful personality. He was efficient and thorough.
Lee went above and beyond and my carpets came out beautifully. I was truly impressed and the company truly has a "Gem" in Lee.

We just had Squeaky Clean & Dry come out to clean our carpets and furniture and they did a fantastic job. Lee was our tech and his level of customer service is top notch. The company is beyond lucky to have someone like Lee representing their product. He took the time to explain each step and what he was doing and answering all of our questions. The carpet and furniture have never looked better. Lee even got out a couple of tough spots that another cleaner wasn’t able to. I scheduled my appt with Kevin and he was very prompt returning calls, flexible with scheduling and polite. Pricing was fair, maybe even a tad lower than a few other companies I called. But I selected this company because of their reviews. Great experience and I highly recommend this company.

Lee did an amazing job on my stained carpets as well as my wool area rugs that had never been cleaned. My carpet is about 25 years old and you’d never know it after it was cleaned. I highly recommend this company and will use them again. Couldn’t be more pleased.

Lee just came to my home and cleaned my outdoor furniture (12cushions) and my steps, an area rug and a downstairs bedroom. WOW!!! The carpet looks brand NEW!!!! So impressive. What an awesome experience having Lee do our carpets and tiled floors. He was extremely tentative to the work and made sure it was done properly. Not only that the owners made it happen last minute as I was getting pictures done on the house to put it on the market. Can’t rave enough about the transformation and the quality of the work. Lee came and cleaned 4 bedroom carpets and our couch. He did an amazing job, was very professional and stayed until we were completely satisfied with the work. I would definitely recommend him and this company.

I scheduled an appointment to have a basement cleaned where there had been a cat for a while!!! Mr. Lee was so professional, identified the trouble spots and actually recommended carpet replacement instead of cleaning due to the severity of the situation. This day and age it is rare to find honest people. He is knowledgeable, professional, courteous and funny!!! Although he did not clean the basement, I had him clean the top floor and he did an exceptional job!

Lee was an absolutely fantastic technician! My carpets have never been this clean or fresh before!! The carpets are beautiful, if you need yours done don’t hesitate to call because you will not be disappointed! Oh I forgot to mention Lee’s jokes are fantastic.

Just had my carpets cleaned and we are very pleased. Our technician Lee did an amazing job. Squeaky Clean & Dry did an outstanding job !! After getting sod put down in the backyard, I wanted all the ground in mud,dirt and stuff that my dog brought in from the previously muddy yard.
John and Logan got the job done,quickly and at a fantastic price. My carpet looks like new.

Fantastic job! I had been using a different rug cleaner and was disappointed so I thought I would try someone new. I saw all the great reviews and I see why. Lee came and took his time, addressed all my needs and kept me laughing with his jokes. Absolutely superior quality and service. The floors he came to clean were in horrible condition, but he spent the time and effort to get everything looking clean.

There were areas with difficult stains, and he spent extra time trying to get those stains out. Not everything came out (not his fault at all, they were in bad shape), but all the floors look and smell fresh and clean.

Definitely recommend this company, and Lee in particular.
