this red haired kid told me there was a dead body in the back and told me not to tell anyone, i said i won’t tell anyone if he gives me a 50% discount and he gave it to me! amazing customer service!

When I went to red cliff mall to the pretzel maker with my grandma we have always received wonderful service from kylee. She has a great personality and when we came we were acknowledged by her didn’t have to wait to be helped. If it were up to me she would get a raise. My grandma and I are definitely coming back because of her amazing service. You are very lucky to have work there😀

Dawson was amazing! We thought out drinks were bad but didn't say anything. Next thing we know, Dawson came over with a replacement drink and apologized. The drink machine wasn't working correctly. He went the extra mile. Kudos to Dawson. What a great employee!!

Super nice staff always trying our best to make pretzels fast and fresh for our customers. Some people don’t understand we make everything by hand so when it gets busy and we are not expecting it or ready they get mad like it’s not our fault we try our best and always make the pretzels fresh. (Currently work at pretzel maker)

It was August the fourth, 2017. I had just turned 20 when I discovered this beacon of kindness and hospitality. I had been wandering for a fortnight, and desperately needed a sanctuary for rest and food. I humbly requested some coffee and pretzel bites, and the blonde princess behind the counter had her magical team of fairies craft it all to perfection. I devoured it, savoring every morsel of fuel for my mind and body. This haven of peace and joy was the greatest I've ever been to, and I come time and again to consume a generous helping of salty goodness. The only downside? I think this is an alien hotspot, this is the fifth time I've been abducted and probed... But I can't blame an innocent restaurant. I think the manager of the mall is a reptilian overlord...

Tasty treats and very prompt service! Staff was very friendly and attentive! PretzelMaker is a must stop while shopping at the mall! Did you know they make smoothies as well? Who knew!!

Delicious! Super helpful staff especially the server with the really short hair! Love going to the mall and knowing I can grab a treat there.
