I recently called my ALLSTATE (Shonie Insurance) regarding the increase in our premiums.

I was NOT happy with this information… and decided to cancel with them. (After talking to many friends, I later learned that increases were “standard” in the industry since Covid.)

After a lengthy discussion with owner SHONIE,
I decided not to cancel.

I was very impressed with Shonie’s staff from the first time I spoke to them. With each encounter, their main objective has been to give me excellent service.

Because of the outstanding service we received from ALLIE, KAYLEE & SHONIE (and other Staff),
I was convinced that we wanted to stay with ALLSTATE and not look into other options. It was a pleasure to know that they were doing all they could to answer ALL my questions regarding our increase with them (and in the “industry) to my satisfaction. And SHONIE did!

It is sometimes hard to find Reps & Agents (in any business!) who are conscientious and courteous and make ME their No. 1 priority! They do. They did!

I wholeheartedly recommend SHONIE INSURANCE for the “very personalized service” they extend.

As a young couple, my wife and I weren’t so sure who to go with for insurance for our cars and home, but boy did we get lucky here. They’ve always been so awesome to walk me through options, how to handle claims, making me feel educated and cared for. Last year we had to file a claim for a car accident and they were fantastic to work with to get it all settled. I would recommend the Shonie group to anyone needing car, homeowner, etc. insurance. Prices are great and so is the incredible customer service and peace of mind.

Finding reliable and affordable Insurance has always been a struggle for me; as it is for most.
So to say I was stressed when it came time to sign another six-month policy with my existing insurance or venture out and find a lower quote with better coverage-was by far an understatement; I was petrified! I had always heard good things about Allstate but never thought I would get a good quote or be able to afford the highest package of coverage, simply because I had never looked into larger insurance groups, I tried to stay with smaller groups with Minimal coverage so I didn’t break the bank. Best agency, best staff and Shonie is the greatest. They were able to lower my rates and I have a local agent to be my advocate. We got rear ended in last 6 months and claim was handled smoothly and professionally.
