I'd give them 4.5 out of 5... Overall real solid company to rent from. They were helpful as I moved in from out of state and again when I moved back out of state, and throughout my time renting from them were responsive to anything that came up. I did feel slighted when I got my deposit back, but ultimately disputed and found some sort of resolution without much fuss such that both parties could move on.

Definitely could do a lot worse than renting from these guys.

Trent, Gladys, Dusty, and all are excellent. They have cared for our properties going on 9 years now. I highly recommend them for your property management and purchase/sales.

Awesome to work with! Very reliable and helpful at the office & on the phone, any time you have a question or need help they're there and communicate. They advocated for us and made sure we were taken care of as a family. Only reason we had to leave was because we had a baby and needed an extra room, but if we could've stayed with them we would've!

Advanced Realty are the best realty company I have ever dealt with. They have went above and beyond for us. I definitely recommend this realty company to anyone needing help finding a new home. They really made it easy and fast on approval to move in.

We've been renting from Advanced Realty for a year and have had a good experience with this company our apartment was very clean when we moved in and they got us moved in quickly. I have rented with Adavanced for years and I love this company. The staff is wonderful to us and the owners have always worked with our needs to make sure that we have been taken care of.

Dessica and Gladys are so kind and welcoming when I come in or call. I have not been through their move out process yet, because of how wonderful they treat me I am not worried. They have always been fair, honest, and willing to answer all of my questions.

UPDATE: I had to move because the owner sold the property. After 7 years of wonderful service with this company, I have to say the deposit was handled more than fair. Still loved living at the property and really enjoyed my experience with this company.

Trent is to the point, honest and looks out for his clients. He will work hard to find the right home for you and get you a good deal.

He has only helped me buy and sell my house, I have never rented from him. That being said I have a hard time believing the bad reviews. My guess would be the tenets renting got what they had coming to them, i.e., they lost their security deposit paying for the damages they inflicted on the properties they were renting.

I was surprised when I read some of the bad reviews. We have only rented a storage unit from Advanced Realty but they have always treated us well, with excellent email communication and service. Desica has been very helpful the two or three times I have had to ask for assistance and she did her best to make sure we did not need to pay additional costs when we terminated our rental around the time they sold the units to another company. I tend to think that most of the people who posted bad reviews are probably renters who got mad when they were held accountable for the damage they caused or for not paying rent, etc.

I am renting from this company and so far its been great they helped me get into a place in less than a week. The staff is great , Dusty always has an answer for everything. Gladys and Trent are very helpful and do an amazing job as office manager. I have no complaints about this company. :)

My experience in working with Advanced Realty and specifically the President, Trent Leavitt was off the charts positive. In working with Trent I experienced grace, compassion and understanding that is not often experienced in the business world, much less the difficult realm of property management. Trent exuded the highest level of professionalism with me in dealing with a difficult matter. In property management one must deal with all kinds of consumers not all of which have upstanding character. I believe Advanced Realty does the best that they can possibly do in each individual situation. At times I am sure it feels like to them it’s hard to please anyone. Well, if you’re reading this review please consider looking in the mirror before you give a poor review because what I experienced was nothing close to what I have read from others. All I can say is, I experienced amazing service and I would recommend Advanced Realty to others because Trent will do the right thing for his customers.

I've been renting from Advanced Realty for about 6 months now. My family and I needed a place fast and they were very fast in processing my application and were even able to get me into a rental before it was actually supposed to be available. We have had a few maintenance issues and they were very fast with getting things taken care of. I would definitely recommend renting from them.

Great place to rent from. Very honest in their work. I had questions on my move out and made an appointment to meet with the manager and sat down and went through the whole move out packet and the pictures pertaining to the move out. They corrected any mistakes that were made and credited the money back to me. I will definitely rent from them again and highly recommend them.

I have rented from this company for almost a year now and it has been very pleasant. The staff are helpful and polite. They are prompt in helping with questions or concerns. I would definitely rent from them again.

My husband and my son ,we moved from North and came to Advanced looking for a place to rent, At first there was a lady that was not so nice but with time she changed and know you can talk to her with no problem, I have had problems with things at my rental and i go to the office and i tell them whats going on and they take care of it , They have worked with us on our rent too,I dont have nothing bad to say about them, I just wish that the gardeners clean up more.
