This was my visit to Brooks Brothers. I was looking to size a men's cable knit hoodie I saw advertised on Facebook. The orange was sold out online and supposedly in stores, so I went into the store to buy a different color but found exactly what I wanted on the table. However, the hoodie had been on sale online but, the sale had apparently just ended. I did manage to use a 15% off coupon which helped although it still cost more than the sale price. I was still extremely happy to find the orange hoodie after I had given up on ever having one. This is an upscale establishment and the quality and cost of their garments reflect that. The customer service was excellent.

My local Brooks Brothers had closed and I was in need of an item. I reached out to the King of Prussia store, an associate Jennifer, answered the phone call. She knew the stock incredibly well, offering suggestions, very polite and could not have been nicer. A few months later I was in the area, stopping by for another purchase. Jennifer was there and waited on my. Once again her help and genuine interest in helping me select style and color was so appreciated. She is a gem!

Always live browsing this store. However, in our post-Covid world, I don't need the high quality attire. Such a shame...

Another great experience! This time with Assistant Manager, Dana Jacob, at the King of Prussia Brooks Brothers store. She went over and above to make our shopping experience relaxing and low key. In this age of high pressure salespersons, Dana was just the opposite…kind, personable, soft spoken and most importantly personable and extremely knowledgeable. We had a lot to accomplish (tuxedo fitting/accessory purchases/wedding purchases for the groom/even a return) and Dana escorted us as needed throughout the store. Due to her expertise Mission Accomplished! Also, we would like to recognize Joe, the tailor at KOP store. He was exceptional at his craft, and we know we are in good hands and look forward to the final fitting in a few weeks! If you are heading to King of Prussia Mall and need quality apparel and an especially phenomenal customer service experience ask for Dana…she is a true asset to Brooks Brothers!

Very pleased with shopping experience. Returned shirt purchased in VA, and exchanged for a different color. Absolutely no hassle, and done with a smile.

Nice selection of clothing, although their "cuts" seem to be getting slimmer every season. Regent seems to be fitting like a Milano. Prices are a bit high, but regular sales make everything more reasonable. Sales people are really nice and helpful, I've always been treated very nice - they'll do anything to help. They probably work on commission, which probably helps, but they always seem more than happy to go out of their way, even if it doesn't end up in a sale.

You get what you pay for, and the service provided by the gentlemen in the store feels more akin to an upscale boutique vs. your typical men's retail store.

As a young business professional I have been shopping for professional attire long enough to have experienced the difference between more economically price clothing and premium brands such as Brooks Brothers.

Over the last year I have been building my collection of Brooks Brother's shirts and I can stay that compared to what else is in my collect, the Brooks Brothers shirts fit my body shape better, the materials feel softer and higher quality, and that none of the shirts have shrunk or faded at all since the day I took them out of the box, even after repeat washes.

With out questions the biggest factor that has made me a life long customer has been the care and attention to detail demonstrated by there staff.

First visit - My father wanted to pick up a shirt and was raving about Brooks Bothers. We stopped by on a Saturday afternoon and were helped by Jada. He was extremely nice and very knowledgeable, and because of this I ended up picking up a shirt just to see what Brooks Brothers had to offer.

Second visit - Impressed by the quality of my first shirt I decided to pick one or two more. This time around I was greeted by Matt Lee and he was in a word, "Fantastic". I have a muscler build and I expressed that my goal was to find shirts that fit my broad shoulders but subsequently did not result in excess bagginess in my torso. Matt listen to my concerns and spent time walking me through the different shirt types and insisted that I try on different cuts to see what worked best for my shape, which I greatly appreciated. While I tried on several shirts, Matt continued to provide me with great objective advise and stylistic incites that clearly showed his depth of knowledge in his product line and his passion for men's fashion. I walked out that day with several tiles paired to my four new shirts, and a new found confidence in my wardrobe.

Since then I have been back many times and have worked with Jada and Matt on several occasions. The experience is always the same, its a pleasure shopping with the gentleman of Brooks Brothers.

Very organized, well acknowledgeable and friendly staff. The store is always spic and span clean. The clothing and accessories are are always clean anothing is not all jammed together, The sales lady or guy helps you immediately, and if you are just looking, they don't keep bothering you. I've been in there a handful of times, and even though they are not cheap, they are staple pieces, and can always make you looked totally pulled together. From a nice summer outfit, to a nice pair of slacks and top, sweater or cute little T's. I will always go back. Save your money for your next trip up, and do hit Brooks Brothers. One of the oldest clothiers dating back to the time of the Civil War. They supplied W.T. Sherman. When quality is going by the wide side in many other stores, it certainly is not the case with BB. Two stores to check them out. KOP Mall and the Outlets. Well worth the money spent. Class is back.

Finding a Brooks Brothers store with good customer service can be challenging, and I am never disappointed here. Big store with wide selection. Expensive, but the quality is worth it. Good location on the quieter side of the mall.

We were just browsing and did not find anything of interest, however the staff were really friendly and helpful, but also knew when to just leave us to browse, which left a very positive impression and makes us more likely to return.

My sister needed some tailor blouses and found two. Sales lady was very nice I loved her British accent.
