DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

We were buying boots for an event for my daughter and Eddy in customer service was so helpful and nice! After a long day of shopping and many less than favorable interactions at other stores…Eddy’s help and assistance was so appreciated!!

I recently purchased these shoes. They are very comfortable. Actually some of the most comfortable I've had before. I hope to go back and get more shoes.

Retail is hard work. Customer service is hard work. I hope this location receives the support it deserves.

Candace, the store manager, was really helpful when my wife was struggling with our toddler’s carrier in the bathroom. She took the time to be nice. She runs a great store and everyone was helpful. I always find a good shoe there, especially the type of shoe between business and casual. Thanks! :)

Great store to find great deals but you have to hunt them. Some of it is overpriced garbage.

It felt a little cluttered but they have a huge and excellent inventory plus the store was very busy. It was still well organized and it was easy for us to find the perfect rain boots for our daughters. We really like DSW and definitely recommend it!

I love DSW for all the lovely shoes they have available. They carry all the nice brands you can think of. They also have a lot of shoes on clearance which is super nice. Purses, jewelry, socks and some other miscellaneous items are also available for sale. Staff is always nice and helpful. Location is convenient for most people. Will highly recommend

Store is huge. However, like most shoe stores, there is about 20+ rows for women and about 4 for men. But, I am sure that has to do with supply and demand. Case in point, my ex wifeand I went to the store after having a phenomenal lunch at Cheesecake Factory and she left with 2 pairs of shoes and I left with none. The store is amply stocked and customer service was good especially considering we were there 24 hours away from Christmas Eve.

I love the big selection. The items are on display and below are all the available sizes for that shoe. So you don't have to wait for a rep to go to the back and look for your size. You can do everything on your own. Prices seemed reasonable.

Love DSW. Just so many shoes to make your feet so happy!! Something for everyone in the family. Sales, specials, clearance, free shipping, rewards, double and triple points days and so much more! Then there's the handbags and accessories too. A nice, fun way to spend the afternoon lol. Staff is friendly and helpful too. Oh, if you are part of the rewards program you also earn points for donating your old shoes too! A great way to help others and you get rewards too. Go have fun & when you can't get there, online shopping is fun too 😉💕

Do not bring your credit card!! Bring cash in order to stay on budget. Also, DSW time is different. 15 minutes in DSW is equal to an hour and a half outside DSW. They have a good selection in all categories for men, women and accessories. Staff is always friendly.

The best shoe store around. Great prices. Fantastic selection. Service could have been a little more visible, but it was a busy day.

Bought three pair of the same shoe, different colors..worenine pair and they hurt. Took them back with no receipt and it was the easiet process..I was expecting a hassle but instead received top notch customer service !!
