Diana is such a great associate. She informs me of upcoming events, deals, new lines coming in, etc. She had set up an appointment for my youngest and I on our back to school shopping adventures and she was spot on with the our likes. Had two rooms set up from everything right down to our shoe selection. My child left feeling excited with the customer service she was given and the choices she made for her outfits. So thankful for people like her in customer service. Thank you!

Nice place to go if you're looking to spend money on quality clothing thick jeans and quality made sweaters and shirts. I learned that if a button falls off or a stitch rips on your clothing you take it back with the receipt and they'll replace it. I soon will find out if that is true

Bar far my favorite place. Good music, stores are laid out great. The staff has always been exceptional. Helpfull and knowledgeable. I have been to buckle stores from E to W coast. Not been disappointed yet

I love the Buckle . I gpt 2 purses there that I love . My friend got 1 and she carries It every where with her . I also got some Jean Capri's that I like . I am going back to get these Bling Jeans that I absolutley Love . They cost $170.00 , but I don't CARE . I LOVE THEM !!!

Looking at all the bad reviews this store has, I was super hesitant on shopping at this Buckle. For years I’ve loved their clothes, and right when I walked in there are workers that are very helpful! Buckle is under new management and I cannot wait to go back again!
