I love Dr. Albright IV. He is very professional, understanding, and a great listener. I give him 5 stars, however; the office lately is another issue. I have had a few situations where my calls and medication requests were not returned or answered. Most recently I called and spoke to three different people requesting refills and medication changes. Well, over a week later and still no return call or medication called into the pharmacy. The office manager needs to look into this and some type of steps/routine /follow up needs to be considered . Never did a problem with this office until now they never told me that my regular doctor left and now it's hard to get a appointment and my medicine called in that I need and that I'm consider a new patient but I'm not a new patient I have going there for year
