I live across the street and back in July on the 25th my dog Aegon was hit on Center Street and he ended up passing in the middle of the road. I was losing it and a kind lady gave us a blanket from this place so he could be carried out of the road. I greatly appreciate that to this day and appreciate the help of that lady. The cops came and pulled into your driveway and no one was ever rude about the situation. He was the sweetest boy. That lady and the cops made the situation bareable if even just a tiny bit.

First American Title in Kalispell helped us with our closing. Our realtor worked closely with Aaron solving a unique issue that came up. Aaron and Jami were very helpful and professional in following through for the many months it took to clean up and finish the deal. Many thanks for your efforts on our behalf!

The Customer Service for both me and my clients. They have always provided outstanding service for my clients, never having a complaint on how they handle closings, documents, fund disbursement. They are gracious and understanding. On an agent level, they are always there to answer questions, help find solutions, find and explain documents. They stay in touch throughout the transaction, checking in to ensure things are moving along smoothly. They provide listing packages and information within hours and work hard to make sure you have everything you need to fill out a listing thoroughly.
The knowledge. The knowledge the team has is outstanding. The piggy-back off each other providing with a wide scope of what they are explaining. Has experience in many difficult or unique situations and are able to guide one through them to a solution. The team is very good at walking someone through a document and explaining it in easy to understand terms.
Support. The support they provide to agents is fantastic. They prove they are there for us and our clients. Provide helpful tools to allow us to better serve our clients and educate them on Title Insurance, its importance. If we as agents need assistance they are there, we could not do our job without them!

The firat time we bought our house we went to first American Title. The staff were very accommodating, nice and friendly. The documents we signed was so thick and they made things easier for us. Thank you.

The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. They were more courteous and welcoming than I'd expect any business to be! Such nice people, I would recommend using them.

The absolute worst in NW Montana! avoid at any cost!!
I have used 3 title companies in the Flathead Valley now, and this is the only one that has ever caused me to lose money. In Aug, 2020– they failed to accurately assess and estimate taxes, based on information available to them starting June 2020. It cost us >$1700. Only reason we used them was because it was recommended by our realtor—but they completely screwed us—however yes they are very nice and presentable.
We had to file a claim with our title insurance, which is no small feat.
USE ANY OTHER TITLE COMPANY!!!

May want to consider another Title Company. They have some problems with basic communication or lack there of in the Kalispell office. The Whitefish office seem to be okay when we dealt with them 2 years ago.
