The process went well to start with, but went south due to a change in the team member assisting us. Once we found the house we wanted, we had to convince the Realtor to represent us in a strong and professional manner.
The other problem I feel I should mention, was the Inspector they recommended to us. He made the most cursory of observations, and didn't really help us with our negotiary position. Nor with a complete understanding of the problems with the house (one example ... the upstairs shower sprayed water all over and the shower head itself was not affixed to anything nor sealed in any manner).
