The staff is knowledgeable, professional, efficient and supportive. They are also friendly and serve their customer's with a smile. We have been customers at this location since early 1960's.

Yesterday Wyatt went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. It was my first time using the pharmacy as it is the one insurance pays for. Wyatt took information over the phone and came to my car both visits so I did not have to go in since I was ill and waiting for Covid test results (negative I found out later); I didn’t want go in and get anyone else sick. He was kind, understanding, and extremely professional and helpful. Thank you!

Great staff to help with many different needs. I've bought specialized supplies & equipment for both my parents here over the years. I appreciate their insight and suggestions.

One of the best pharmacies I have ever gone to, I greatly appreciate the care and willingness to answer my questions. The intake RX receptionist Sue, is not always as friendly as she could be; but i find that everyone else is always ready and open to help.

Love all the choices for gifts. So much to look at. Friendly service too. Buying things for Christmas next year!😃

THE STAFF GREETED ME WITH SINCERITY AND EDUCATED ME ON WHAT IS AVAILABLE IN MEDICAL EQUIPMENT THAT WILL HELP MY MOTHER TO KEEP HER DIGNITY AND BE SELF SUFFICIANT. THEY SEEMED TO REALY CARE ABOUT MY MOTHER'S COMFORT AND WHAT WOULD BEST FIT HER NEEDS. EVERY BODY IS FREINDLY AND READY TO HELP.

In all my years in Yakima I had never been into Tieton Village Drugs. I've driven by hundreds of times, but finally stopped in to pick up some medication. It's a nice place! It's somewhere between a general store and a pharmacy (think walgreens minus the refrigerated goods). They had a surprisingly good selection of seahawks items at decent prices! They have one of the best selections of braces that I've ever seen in a store, which I'll file away in my brain for next time that I get hurt and need one! This is great local option for pharmacy and medical related items....you can even find a few gifts and pick up some snacks while you are there!

Good customer service. Found some cool trinkets for grandkids last Christmas, especially for the 12 year old. Also got my booster shot earlier this year. No waiting, nice and informative worker.

Customer service in their retail department is slow and always long wait times on the phone.

The pharmacy customer service is truly horrible. I went in today to fill a prescription, and two women were working on one of the woman's computer in the "drop off prescriptions" section of the pharmacy. After several minutes of standing right in from of them, and not having either one of them, or anyone else acknowledge my presence, I became somewhat perturbed but continued to wait. One women finally left the other woman (working on her computer), and I thought surely she come over to me. Instead she went to her own work station, did a little turn or twirl, and them went back to the woman working on her computer, She glanced at me, but never really acknowledged me. So I continued to wait for several more minutes. During this time, never an acknowledgement from either women, no "I'll be with you in a moment", nothing! So finally, I realized my presence and business was not important, and in fact, I was just disturbing whatever it was that they were doing. As a result, I decided to leave. Even on walking away did either women acknowledged me, ask/say, "Sorry, can I help you?", etc. nothing!. Just unbelievable!
I have done business at this store and pharmacy in the past, and some employees are great, others, like the two women today, not so much. I've found one of their pharmacist (white hair, heavy set man) to also be quite rude, and unaccommodating to my needs. He initially refused to call my insurance company when I explained their pricing on my medication was wrong. It was an emergency supply I was to get for free, however,t the pharmacy had charged me full price. When I asked to speak with the store manager, he finally relented, and called my insurance company. Never did he apologize for his pricing error or his reservations in calling my insurance company. Anyway, I sincerely doubt I will ever use this store, and most esp. the pharmacy again even though it is around the corner from where I live and very convenient esp. in emergency type situations.
