Snyder's German Sausage Haus

Stumbled into this place based on google, we love checking out meat places when we travel to new towns.

This place is tiny but smells so good. They don’t have a whole lot on display but maybe there’s more in the back

We got the “trail mix” and it was yummy, also for the chorizo sausage and it made great breakfast

The lady owner seemed a little off putting when I started taking picture, I explained to her it’s for google and that’s how you get your name out and attracts people to your business. Apparently she never heard of google review. Let’s help this family owned business to thrive!

Snyder’s German Sausage Haus is by far the best meat shop I have ever been to. From custom meat cuts to the different flavors they are constantly creating, it’s always fun to go in and see what they have to offer. My personal favorites are the beef sticks, the jerky flavors, steak cuts, and roasts.
The employees are great people and I love that it is a local, family owned business. I highly recommend stopping by and trying their product. Not only is it delicious, it is also very fairly priced.

My family has been going out of their way to stop by Yakima for over 20 years because of the amazing work this family does. The German sausage is a once-in-a-lifetime experience, unless you’re blessed with the opportunity to visit more than that.

My family has been getting Smoked German Sausage from them since I was little, they were in Union Gap then. Never found anything better, even in Leavenworth which is supposed to be all about "German " food and etc. Have moved out af Yakima, wish I could make it back to pickup a ice chest full as I still haven't found anything close.

This is the best sausage you will ever find...so delicious!! The people are so nice and helpful too. I have been making trips home for over 50 years for sausage runs...it is that good!!! Absolutely love Snyder's!!

my dad has been going to Snyder’s ever since I can remember and I continue to go there as an adult. They have the best jerky and smoked sausage omg!! They are to die for!!! They are so nice, always happy and in a good mood, and call their customers by name :) if you haven’t been to Snyder’s you ARE MISSING OUT!!

I'm so excited to find a place with real german sausage, When I walked in the place smelled amazing, and when I left, the owner and I hugged..She was very kind and I felt a connection. Great people & meats :)

Every time someone in my family goes back to Yakima, we all pitch in so they can bring home 15-20 packages of sausage! Dallas Tx may be all about BBQ, but these German sausages have me dreaming!
