Tamzen's Bridal made the dress finding process super simple. I was able to pick out dresses that I liked online through their portal prior to my appointment and they had them lined up and ready to try on when I got there. They provided expert help and suggestions. They are super friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Overall it was a great experience.

I purchased this dress for my October 2023 wedding in September 2022. From the moment I booked my appointment, to even after the wedding Tamzen and the team have been nothing short of outstanding. I absolutely loved my dress and it was exactly what I was looking for.

Britt and Tamzen were INCREDIBLE to work with! I went into Tamzen's not really knowing what to expect, especially since it was my very first time trying on dresses! They were both so great at explaining everything about the dresses I tried on and made me feel so much more at ease! You can absolutely tell they are both so passionate about what they do and they care about you and your day! I can't thank you guys enough for not only helping me find my dream dress, but for just an overall amazing experience!

I've had a unique opportunity to meet the Tamzen Bridal team... not because I purchased my dress here (although I wish I had) but because of my negative experience at another bridal shop. Tamzen didn't know me personally but between the phone calls and texts, it felt like we'd known each other for years. She set me up with Bri to try on other dresses to solidify the decision on the one I already had. Bri was welcoming, thoughtful and sweet! Tamzen's customer service AND satisfaction is truly unparalleled! I can't recommend this bridal shop enough!!

This place goes above and beyond. When you make an appointment they send you a link to something called a look book. This look book shows you all of the dress they have in stock and allows you to choose your favorites that you want to try on. And then when you get there that day your favorite dresses are already pulled for you! So amazing and time saving. And Tamzen is so friendly. I told her I wanted my dress appointment to be private with just my family and she 100% accommodated. And allowed us to have mimosas. You can't get this kind of service at davids bridal. You have to go here!

Tamzen and Britt are absolutely fantastic! They helped me find the perfect wedding dress for my special day and never pressured me into a sale. As a matter of fact when Britt saw I was overwhelmed she told me to go home, think about it, and make another appointment in a week or so. I did and it was much better. She was also honest and didn't tell me I looked good in everything I put on like other vendors do. She listened to my concerns and what I liked and pivoted wonderfully. We also got the Mother of the Groom dress here and all the suits for the Groomsmen, Bridesmen, and my bridesperson. I have a dear friend who came out as non-binary and preferred to wear a suit. Tamzen didn't even flinch and when my friend told Tamzen this would be their first suit she hugged my friend and was so happy for them. Just an extra touch of wonderful. Thank you for everything!

After I bought my dress from Tamzen I wrote an initial review about how amazing the ladies of Tamzen’s are but now that my wedding day has passed I wanted to say again how grateful I am!! I truly felt so beautiful and unique in my dress. 🧡

Can’t speak highly enough about Tamzen’s! Brit and Tamzen both are so incredibly kind and honest, and they were fantastic at picking out dresses that they thought would work best for my frame. Even though I ended up finding my dress elsewhere, they were so helpful in assisting me afterwards, even giving suggestions for local seamstresses. If you are a new bride, do yourself a favor and make an appointment with them!

Found my wedding dress here and I could not have been happier with the wide variety of unique dresses or the warm and helpful assistance. My dress arrived on time despite supply chain issues, and they recommended a great tailor as well. A stress free, pressure free, wonderful experience.

Tamzen's is the perfect place to get the gown you want. Tammy fits the gown to the look and the personality of the bride. And, if you need something "else" or a little different -- She will go out of her way to accommodate. My daughter's dress was stunning, and her day was PERFECT!! Thank You!!!

Wow, the time and attention the staff gives to the bride and her needs is amazing. They give you details on the dress and things you need to know. They help you with everything from the moment you walk in the door. They are not cheap or mass produced but you do get what you pay for after all.

I came here looking for my wedding dress in September 2020 (among COVID restrictions). Britt and Tamzen made me feel so special and welcome in their store. They honored my budget and didn’t let me try on anything I couldn’t afford. Britt told me a lot about each particular gown I tried on. I previously went to David’s Bridal to try on gowns. I found one I liked but the experience felt super impersonal and rushed. At Tamzen, I received personalized attention and could stay in each dress as long as I liked. I ended up finding my dress at Tamzen for the same price as the one I liked at David’s! And the one from Tamzen is superior quality. I appreciate the high-quality fabric and built in support! I had an issue with my original dress and was in from Texas- getting married in Central PA. Tamzen had the BEST dress for me. I loved it more than the original. So incredibly grateful!

Got my wedding dress and veil from this store a year and a half before my wedding and it still looked amazing the day of. The style of the dress was everything I wanted. The owner and the stylist both provided their expertise and helped me figure out how I wanted to look on my wedding day. They use a friendly CRM system that allows you to choose dress styles and designers that you’re interested in before your appointment. Be sure to fill that out because it will help the stylist better understand your personal style. I also used their dress preservation service, which at the time wasn’t sure if I would need, but now that my wedding day has come and gone, I found myself relieved that I selected this service. There’s so many things to do post-wedding day that dry cleaning and preserving your dress can get lost in the process. 100% recommend this store. :)
