Simply an amazing place to purchase furniture. The owners are very helpful and willing to negotiate a fair price. If you need a mattress or couch, this is the place to save money. My wife and I needed a new mattress and box spring but we're limited on funds. We told the owner our financial limitations and he told us to explore the warehouse. When I told him which mattress we liked, the owner dropped his price to meet our needs. We are very grateful for his generosity. And I think their overall review rating speaks for itself. From the moment we walked into the store shopping for a new mattress, Paul provided us with exceptional customer service. Answered our questions and encouraged us to lay on the beds to see if the bed was what we were looking for. We did not feel pressured into buying something that we were not truly satisfied with. The price was very reasonable. Paul even set up delivery. Highly recommend!

Paul was great to work with. He met us at the store when we called and let us look and ask questions. They have a large selection of couches, love seats, recliners and mattresses. If you want any of these items, don't hesitate to contact Paul.

Great buying experience. Super quick, easy and fair priced. I needed two mattress’s and I was in and out of there in 15 mins. He also has a nice sofa selection so I will be a return customer when I’m in the market for those.

Great experience shopping for the mattress, and with delivery!! Paul knows his stuff and has a great no pressure attitude. If you’re like me, you hate the thought of shopping for a new mattress. Different types, thicknesses, and costs-none of which make sense to me. Box Drop Carlisle was a great experience! Effortless on my end. They had been recommended to me by a friend, so I reached out. They responded quickly, set up an appointment time, and got me taken care of. Paul walked me through my options, made recommendations for my personal situation and needs, and gave me a fair deal. It was a wonderful local experience and I plan to do more business in the future with them. No high pressure sales or bait and switch. Just honest and fair deals.

I was happily surprised at the quality and prices. The differences in mattresses and box springs were explained but I was not pressured in the least to purchase a more expensive set. Paul asked about my needs and addressed them. He has enough inventory that I was able to take the mattress with me.
