Carlisle Barracks Commissary

We come here every other month to get our 96% lean ground beef. This little super market is cute, compact, and not overwhelming like a Giant or the Ft Belvoir Commissary. We also get international foods from here too. Always feel safe here and employees & other customers are very nice because they're all veterans !

I had to get a new I.D. Card on Post and stopped in at the Commissary on the way home. Not a large Commissary but it is clean, organized and has what you need. There are always specialty items from other countries that most active duty and retired Military enjoy from their overseas tours. Prices are good and store personnel are friendly. I don't get here often so it is always a treat to go.

What a fantastic commissary. It not a large one but they have a great selection of food here. Many different ethic ingredients and food stuff makes it a worthwhile trip if you live in a one hour radius. The staff is super friendly and the costs will not dent your wallet. Parking is easy and base access not that bad. Great experience.

The staff are very helpful and kind. The facilities are always clean and well stocked. The team does a great job keeping a wide variety of products in the store. The meat department is wonderful with outstanding, fresh selections. I really love the butcher box specials. I love this place!

Great prices. Veggis not the best but everything else is great.

Very clean and well stocked commissary. Brought back memories when I was younger,being a military brat. The bagger, a young gentleman, got everything heavy,bags packed right,and loaded the car.

An excellent place to shop high quality stuff at very good price. It has a bakery and sells freshly baked items. Other sruff includes vegetables, fruits, meat and poultry, dairy products, cooked food, cosmetics, toiletries and lots more.

Great savings on name brand goods on most.. but you have to compare the savings to generic brands found elsewhere. Graft deals on meat usually. Produce is typically overpriced compared to other stores.

It was excellent everything that I wanted was there even though it was a little scarce because of the situation that's happening throughout the country but they had the majority of what I was looking for very well-stocked very pleasant staff and great quantities of other stuff that I wanted I was very satisfied with the service

It is small compared to other commissaries ive had access to but I really like it.

Shopping at the Commisary is 100% worth the trip to Carlisle, I usually save $50 to $70 in a single trip, look out for sales and online coupons with the Commisary card great selection and prices always have bought fresh vegetables, fruits, and the meat prices are really good, just remember to carry a few dollars to tip the baggers the work for tips only.

This commissary is very nice.There is a wide variety of food. It is very clean and bright.
