Mersida's Market

I've found this place by accident by web search. The lady who owns the store is most gracious and pleasant to deal with. It is a small store but with a great selection of items from the countries of the former Yugoslavia. Bought a bunch of stuff, including Istrian pasta. Will be back!

Great selection of Bosnian and Balkan foods. Various selection of meats, breads and dairy products as well.

The Bosnian coffee here is great too!

What a cool little Mediterranean Market. A very lovely woman who probably owns the place sold me fresh made pita bread for gyros I was making. She suggested some special cheese and a spicy red pepper spread that was delicious!

Great service, cute outdoor patio seating and the espressos were awesome!

Best Balkan market i have been too, with the best sujuks and cevapa. My favorite Fanta drink, Shokata can be found here.

Best authentic Bosnian food and product selection. Friendliest people you will ever find anywhere, hands down.

I had Cevapi (bread with kebab) and Fanta drink. It was good!
Which was good for the price ($9 I think) and the portion was fulfilling too.

Small market with a lot to offer. Carlisle has only maybe two halal places, this being one of them. I’ll try her coffee next time

This store is a hidden gem, having a lot of interesting groceries from Europe, and a very friendly customer service!

Just found Mersida’s Market and could not be happier with the selection! I am from Croatia/Bosnia and one thing I miss is all the food, now when I am craving a taste of home I can just drop into Mersida’s. Looking forward to introducing our little girl to all of the good food!!

Best authentic Bosnian food. Man this ladys hands are blessed. Hand baked bread and cream cheese from her beautiful country. Five stars hands down.

Hidden gem in Carlisle. Mersida knows how to make a mean Cevapi. If you're local and you haven't yet tried it out, you're doing yourself a disservice.
