Had a wonderful and relaxing experience with Kristen at Metta Massage! She is very professional, knows what she is doing, is very warm and welcoming and has a cozy, peaceful and relaxing space! I highly recommend her.

Kristin is beyond wonderful. She is warm, kind and extremely knowledgeable in various massage and facial techniques. I will be going back. Get on the schedule because she is booked up pretty far! That just tells me that she is great at her craft.

Just got done with my 1 hour therapeutic massage with Kristen. I have nothing but good things to say! The office is very relaxing and has a calm, peaceful aura. Kristen was so nice and made me feel very comfortable. She was professional but also very personable. The massage was 10/10….I have a very tender sore lower back and by the time I left it felt 100% better! She also gave me a little sample of what the hot stones feel like- so awesome. Definitely recommend!!

Kristen is an extremely gifted masseuse. Kind, professional and enthusiastic about her work. I had a 90 minute therapeutic massage that released the stress and tension I hold in my back. Her office is tranquil and quiet. Her prices are modest for the level of expertise she has in this often overlooked ancient form of medicine. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs help in pain management or just wants a relaxing experience.

I just had my first massage with Kristen, a friend had given me a gift certificate. It was great, very therapeutic. My sore arm (strained muscle) feels much better and so does my lower back. Highly recommend, I will definitely go back to her!!

Kristen was amazing, this was only my second massage, and she made me feel very comfortable and explained everything so well! I booked a deep tissue massage, and she also ended up using hot stones as she felt it would be very beneficial. It overall was a great experience, and will definitely be back!

Kristen is fantastic! Not only is she a wonderful massage therapist, she is a wonderful human being. She is kind, caring and is concerned about her clients well being. Her studio is a warm, inviting and relaxing space. She offers a vast array of massage modalities. While I love every "style" of massage I have had from Kristen, if I had to pick just one as my favorite, it would be the Ashiatsu massage. If you need a really deep pressure massage, unlike anything you've tried before- I highly recommend it, it truly is amazing!

I cannot recommend Kristen enough! She is very professional and so kind hearted. She gives a phenomenal massage, with just the right pressure. She's very knowledgeable in her work and actually listens to exactly what you need. There's quite the variety of services she offers from facials to eyelash extensions to detoxing in a sauna, along with all the essential oil therapies, hot/cold stone massage, and deep tissue massage. The facility is also serene, quiet, and very relaxing. A perfect atmosphere for your spa needs.

Been have a shoulder impingement problem for months with limited range of motion. After one session with Kristen I got my full range back. It’s gonna a little time to take all the knots down, but she knows what she is doing. Kristen is now my go to massage therapist. I definitely would recommend her to anyone living local or passing through.

The environment is very calming and the interaction can be intuitive or focused depending on your needs. Kristen was able to achieve pain relief after only one visit for a shoulder/neck injury that has plagued me for literally months! She has the skill to penetrate deep into muscle tissue or elegantly for general wellness in therapeutic manner. I hope you can give this place a try as well worth it.

Always a great massage, Kristen is caring and listens to the needs of her clients. I personally have arthritis and joint/spinal issues. Massage gives me relief from tight muscles.
