Always professional. Dr. Selcher is just a great dentist. Family has been going here for 12+ years. Staff is super. Very covid safe environment which is appreciated. Eileen has been cleaning my teeth for as long as I've been there and I can't say enough good things about her. Really the whole staff is terrific!

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Selcher for over 11 years. His office staff are friendly and welcoming. When arriving for your appointment, you rarely wait more than just a few minutes to be seen. Dr. Selcher is the best dentist our family has ever gone to. He is highly competent, warm, caring and easy to talk to. His examinations are thorough and are never rushed. If a dental procedure is found to be necessary, he explains in detail how the procedure will be performed and answers any questions you may have. If you are looking for a really great dentist with a warm, caring manner Dr. Selcher meets all the requirements. He truly is exceptional.

Dr. Selcher has been my dentist for 37 years. I have always received the best of care and amazing service. I had broken a tooth. Half of it was gone, I thought I was going to loose the tooth. Dr. Selcher saved it. I trust him wholeheartedly. All of the staff are always so helpful and friendly.

Long before we became parents to seven children, Dr. Selcher and his caring and professional staff provided us with excellent dental care. His expertise, kindness and genuine concern for us and for the health of our children have made coming to see him one of the easiest decisions we have made. Knowing the individual personalities of each of our kids, Dr. Selcher is able to provide just the right support to ease fears and make coming to the dentist a pleasure. His hygienists are truly the best-they are experts at what they do and know each of our kids by name- they seem to pick up just where we left off from visit to visit. I went in for my first exam in 3-4 years, and the hygienist could not have been kinder. She was as gentle as she could be, and would strike up a conversation to give me a break when I needed one.

They found 2 cavities, my first ever. Dr. Selcher was so understanding and gentle. I was extremely anxious, but he made sure that I felt absolutely no pain. Even after the anesthetic wore off, not a bit of pain.

I don't have dental insurance, and the self-pay prices were more than reasonable. Going to the dentist is never fun, but everyone here makes it as comfortable and welcoming as humanly possible.

Great staff and dentist! I felt like a patient and not a number. Definitely recommend going to this office.

Dr. Selcher is an amazing and caring dentist. I've been his patient since I was little and also my mother and grandmother go to see him as well. He is very helpful and understanding especially when I am nervous or scared. I would recommend him and his staff to anyone.

I have been going to Dr. Selcher for the last 3 years and absolutely love it there. My dental assistant that usually takes care of me is Eileen and she is great. Everyone that works there is super nice, friendly, and helpful. I have never had an issue with waiting around for my appointment, or being late. Dr. Selcher's office is very efficient, which is nice for me since I typically squeeze in an appointment before I begin my work day. Great place and great staff!

Dr. Selcher has been my dentist for around 30 years now. He's the best dentist in the area, in my opinion. He's positive and optimistic, always friendly, and cares about his patients and their experience in his chair. I never feel pain and if I do start to feel any pain, I just alert him and he stops immediately and takes care to use more numbing agents when necessary to make sure I'm all ready to go again until he's finished. His staff is as awesome as he is. Dr. Selcher, you're NEVER allowed to retire. Says me. :-)

I have been going to Dr. Selcher for many years. He is the best in the business. I now live in Fort Myers Florida & still come back to Middletown, PA for my dentist appointments. I will continue to go to him until he retires. His staff is also the best around.

I am a grown adult BABY when it comes to seeing the dentist, which is why I only see them when I unfortunately have an issue. LET ME SAY THAT HAS NOW CHANGED! Thanks to Dr. Selcher and his staff, I will be slowly growing up as a dental patient and will start seeing him more often for cleanings and not just when I have an issue. Today, he took care of 1 major issue I was having and he was so patient with me, so gentle and his voice was so very calming. I left his office feeling so much better at facing my fear of the dentist. If you are someone like me, TERRIFIED of seeing a dentist, please try Dr. Selcher and his staff out. You will NOT be sorry at all!

I've been seeing Dr. Selcher longer than I can remember, it has to be at least between 25 and 30 years. His staff treats you like family! I actually look forward to my appointments, and catching up with them. My care has always been top notch, I know that I'm getting the best treatment that I can, they are always on the cutting edge of the technology. I just had an old filling fixed, and I was in no pain at all! I highly recommend his service!

I went there for x-rays and an exam, and my experience was great. The staff was knowledgeable and personable. Although it was my first visit, it felt like I'd been going there since childhood. Everyone at Dr. Selcher's office went above and beyond to get me what I needed.

Update: Dr. Selcher, thanks, in part, to your expertise and accommodation, I am now over a quarter of the way through my service as a Peace Corps volunteer in Mexico. Thank you so much for being an integral part of the rigorous clearance process we volunteers navigate before arriving in-country. Happy Holidays and here's to another great year!

When I was a child, I had to be sedated in order to even get into the car to GO to the dentist's office, and every visit was a white-knuckled horror in my eyes. If Dr. Selcher had been my dentist then, my experience would have been completely different - I have never once had a painful or uncomfortable experience under his care. I've been his patient for over 30 years, and really look forward to my visits with him and his wonderful staff (I actually fell asleep once DURING a root canal performed by Dr. Selcher!). Even when we moved an hour away, we'd go back to Middletown to see him. My children were raised with regular visits to his office, and always looked forward to visits with him, too (they'd even come with me to my visits so they could see everyone).
I have recommended Dr. Selcher to many people; I truly believe there is no higher standard of up-to-date professional, compassionate, accomplished dental care anywhere.

Sam Selcher and his staff consistently provides excellent service. He always has many stories to tell and always manages to put a smile on your face. His office has always had the best and latest equipment and procedures and has always been on top of their game. I remember a very long time ago due to insurance changes, I went to another dentist and was shocked at the difference in even my teeth cleaning and never went back and have been going to Sam ever since!!

When I moved back to PA, my Mom recommended Dr. Selcher because he would share a good book with her when she visited. She was right. He takes time to listen and educate his patients, remembering their store and helping us relax through sharing common interests. If you want a dentist who will take a personal interest in your dental care and treat you respectfully, give Dr. Selcher a try. I travel to have him provide my care.

I hadn't been to the dentist for years due to lack of insurance, so needless to say I was apprehensive about my first dental visit with a new practice. Every member of the staff at Selcher Dental was so welcoming and friendly, my technician was gentle and super informative, and Dr Selcher was great as well. I couldn't have asked for a better experience A++
