Excellent customer service & very friendly. Perfume Fragrance sales rep was really nice & explained new fragrances that I may like. I will definitely be shopping Herr again.

I want to make sure I give 5 stars to the store worker #10031449 Ms Jennifer and the , always so nice and jazzy at Macy's in the fragrance department at Springfield mall! She is always so helpful and displays the true meaning of a great salesperson!

My wife asked me to go to Macy's for their Clinique sale. After I made my way to the counter I was pleasantly greeted by Bonnie the associate who would not only assist me but make my day by her efficiency in getting me in and out of the store. Great customer service!

Well organized store. The color coordination of the mannequins alone is incredible. And you're always inundated with the finest smells walking through the beauty department.

Went there to look at some jewelry and purchased a gold cross and a gold rope chain. And these diamond earrings Sales rep Joy was extremely helpful and provided several discounts. Also, I got some Cologne

Great store, I just got a pair of Tretorn shoes that I've really been wanting to get for only $20! I was so excited, they're normally $80. I've gotten a lot of other great deals there in the past, they always have good clearance sales.The store is clean and the staff members are nice and helpful.

The best part is that Macy offers a personal shopper she is wonderful her name is Tara introduce yourself she's the greatest

College, high school and middle school. Macy's team were excellent, most importantly they have 30% & 40% sale.
We had nice time at Springfield Mall and I highly recommended.

I love going to Macy’s but everything is pretty pricey for the most part so I just end up doing a lot just walking around and browsing, but one year right after the holidays I happened to go into Macy’s since I was at the mall anyway and happened to stumble on these 2 pretty cute winter jackets that were on sale for like $20-$30 each so I picked them up for myself and they are still in good shape to this day, they are very good quality coats.

Macy's our go to store for the most recent cologne and perfume, the wife likes there shoe selection

I purchased my daughter's prom gown there and used my 30% off discount which brings the total under $100.00 we were very pleased.

Left Macy’s card home and had to use a major credit card. Sherene in the Women’s Department (Springfield PA) was able to give me my card holder discount. She also did a return and repurchase after informing her I spent $265 in the men’s department without getting my discount. and my bill went from $265 to $185. She was SO pleasant and eager to help. Thank you for hiring such a nice young lady Macy’s! 😀

Great clothes selection they have every brand you can think of and they have cologne and perfume also

The woman who helped me at the perfume section(I wish I remembered her name but it was at least a week and a half ago) was the best. Great vibe and she knew the products well. The girl at the MAC counter was a sweetheart as well.
