Honestly, one of the best places I have ever stayed at. I had training for 4 days for work and kinda wished I had just stayed here the whole time, instead of driving back and forth home for 3 of the days. The front desk help was one of the nicest people. She was smiling, pleasant, helpful, and informative every single day. She got me a room really quick and gave me my keys so I could go to my room directly after training finished. The room had a lot of space and was very clean. I felt so comfortable in my suite and had no problem getting the rest I needed. They also had a nice spread of breakfast food and coffee in the morning. I absolutely would stay here again. My stay was about $125.00 for the night after taxes and I think it was worth every penny.

A very cool and secured place to stay. Pet friendly, Non-Racist , yes you heard me. Staff willing to help you in all spheres. Try their breakfast, gym, and go and swim in the warmest pool in PA. You will wash and use their dollar at around $2.5 each, well that's not too much is it?. I would have said it if they had anything negative about them .

Great place to stay. Front desk help was very nice check in and out. Close to restaurants as we came in for a weekend of college baseball. Rooms were clean with everything you needed.

I felt at home while staying here. A big Thank You to Shari, Taylour, Annie, Jasmine, Nadia, Stephen, Melanie. These are the names I remember, but really everyone works hard to make you feel welcome, comfortable, and safe. The room has a great set up, especially when you are staying for an extended visit. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. Taylour and Jasmine were helpful in finding a few missing things. I love having a freezer and full-size refrigerator. The water pressure is great at this hotel. I found it easy to work from the room. The location is fantastic. Easy to access many of the things to do in Erie and has several restaurants and grocery stores near the hotel. The hotel is dated, but clean and well maintained. I love that they keep water and coffee/tea throughout the day. Kudos to the front desk staff for maintaining this area so well. Even the laundry room was kept clean. Not all hotels monitor their laundry facilities. There is a great seating area/BBQ spot in the back of the hotel. The indoor pool is kept at a comfortable temperature. Breakfast is standard. The breakfast area is kept clean and stocked. I would prefer cooked oatmeal, but others seem happy with the packets. The only thing I wish for is a place to sit in the front of the hotel. It would be more pleasant when you are waiting for a pick up. I will be back to stay here when in the area.

The staff is very helpful and pleasant! I felt very welcome each time I was there. And they went out of their way to make sure my stay was pleasant.

Pretty solid place for an extended stay. Close in distance to lots of places to eat and shop, and not far from downtown Erie. I've stayed here on 3 different occasions now and it was a positive experience each time. It's nice to find a place that's clean, convenient, and reasonably priced.

Lots of parking.. well kept. Great rooms . TVs do not have apps so traditional channels only

Great place to stay. Had a full kitchen with a big fridge and a dishwasher. Included dishes, cups, cutlery, cutting board, and kitchen towels. It was like a mini apartment. Few very good restaurants and lots of shopping within walking distance.

We had an emergency due to a vehicle breakdown and had to get a hotel. This is where we could find an available room. Boy what a blessing! The fellow at the night desk was great and the lady manager at the desk at checkout time was also wonderful! They were professional and accommodating!!! There's a pool, every room has its own kitchenette with appliances, and free breakfast!! I would recommend this place to stay to any and everyone!

Staff was very friendly. Place and our room was very clean. Also, quiet. If we ever get back there, we will definitely stay there. I like a room with separate bedroom from the living room. Only complaint was the breakfast was less to be desired. I would and have recommended this hotel.

I utilized Townplace suites for a hotel block for my wedding. I feel that all of my guests who used the block/ rooms were satisfied. I can't completely speak on the rooms themselves, but I worked with Annie in setting up the block and she was fantastic to work with. I called multiple hotels in the area to get infomation. She was the most personable and pleasant and willing to work with me rather than just feed me a bunch of numbers. she followed up with me with updates and patiently answered all of my questions, without me feeling that I was wasting her time. If you are looking for a hotel block for any event, we Highly recommend working with Annie. Not only did we get the best discount for our wedding guests, the service was great.

We had an amazing stay here. We got taken care by Melissa who is a phenomenal individual and really catered to our needs and requirements. She went out of her way to make sure our stay was comfortable and we were free of any complaints. We were only there for 4 nights. I would highly recommend this place. All staff members are extremely nice and the place itself was very clean.

Great place to get away for the night. They have a great pool for small kids.

TownePlace Suites was clean and staff friendly. Great Stay. Only thing I found confusing was actually finding the hotel, there are 2 hotes in front and the GPS stated we arrived at the HomePlace...which was not the right hotel. The TownePlace is actually BEHIND those two hotels. Everything else went smooth and was great.

The staff were all very welcoming. Each time I came in I was greeted. Staff remembered which coffee I preferred (served behind desk due to covid). Safe pool policy (sign up for a time slot). Room was SO well designed; I felt like I was not in a hotel, but staying at a friend's apartment. Melissa, the GM, takes pride her property. Great job!

The reason why I gave it 5 start is because of the hotel nice and clean. But after all I went downstairs the breakfast and I heard when The old lady At the kitchen yelling to the Spanish girl in the kitchen she were telling the Spanish girl which I think she work there with her too. Telling her about the cabinet been so rude toward her the they walked at the front coffee told her really rude where all the stuff at. If the manager didn't do nothing about her yelling I will call the corporation so they can fire her because I'm staying here for months and every time I go downstairs to the breakfast that lady always rude toward her hope that Spanish girl say something about it.she looks so nice

Been staying here for work for the past few weeks. Staff is awesome and breakfast is good, done before 6am most mornings. Makes grabbing a quick coffee and snack before work really convenient. Will definitely come back in the future.

I had to stay long term due to unforseen circumstances. Melissa and her staff were excellent! My room was always clean! Cheryl had breakfast ready every morning! Sherry, Mike, Mel, and Emily were all very friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend this hotel!!
