Scallywags Pirate Adventures

We had a decent time. My youngest is into pirates. But I didn't realize it's more for younger kids maybe 10 and younger, shes 12. But it was still great.

This is an awesome and fun family oriented adventure! We had an absolute blast and the actors were great! Prepared to get wet and laugh hysterically while doing so!

One of the crew asked me if I was having fun and if I wanted to have more fun. I agreed and he made me the bad pirate’s inside man. I got to soak little kids and they drenched me in return. Alas, I was caught and nearly thrown overboard but thankfully cooler heads prevailed and I only had to suffer the humiliation of being photographed while the kids celebrated.

This was an awesome day and every kid onboard was smiling and having fun. Very affordable and you get your moneys worth. Great great time!

Kids and adults had a great time! They got to battle a pirate for a stolen treasure map. My kids bought a handkerchief bandana at the ticket booth beforehand. They painted scars on the kids and gave them paper pirate hats at the end so they didn't get wet. Adult beverages and snacks are available on board.

We had an excellent adventure with the crew of the Scallywag pirate ship. It was a fully interactive 90 minute trip. The kids and adults alike enjoyed themselves. The staff were professional, while still being exciting and fun. They even shared their chips with me because they were my favorite...lol. Definitely worth the money and the time.

Think kids theater meets the high seas! The audience becomes participants in this Lake Erie adventure. Be prepared to get wet and wear your sunscreen. What an incredible adventure! Totally worth the price of admission.

Great time for whole family! Drinks/snacks available on board, length of cruise and quality of entertainment definitely worth every penny! Music, games, engaging storyline for kids pirate adventure! Kids got "treasure", treats, and hats as well! Expect to get a little wet due to water fights, unless you hide in the back. We definitely recommend to all our friends!

We had an absolute blast! The kids get to do so many activities and the crew is amazing and funny! We went in not knowing what to expect, and we were not disappointed AT ALL! We’ve been recommending this to all of our friends and family! Warning: you will get wet, and that makes it so much more fun! Everyone is involved in this pirate adventure! My daughter is 12 so I was afraid the activities might be a little young for her, but she loved them all! (The water cannons are of course a favorite! :)

We had a great time at scallywags! The water cannon fight was so funny and we got SOAKED! The actors on the ship made the experience entertaining and engaging. The price point is very fair. And they even accommodated another family with a child in a wheelchair. I highly recommend this family-friendly adventure.

We had a great time with Luca age 9 and Piper age 7! It rained during the ride but the kids loved it!

So much fun. Staff very comical and friendly. Nice boat tour for sure. And the price is definitely affordable. Had a blast.

We went for the Celebrate Erie fest and my mom scored us surprise tickets for the night fireworks cruise. We had such a great time! It was fun for the whole family. The boat had a bar on it. It was the perfect way to end the day. I overdressed and was mistaken a few times as a crew member 🤣 Arrrrghhh!!!

My nephews absolutely love it and have sailed on the boat multiple times. The best part is the little chase boat that you can spray water at as the pirate sprays back from his little dingy.

Cast and crew were super with the kids. Beware, if you stay on the main deck, you will most likely get wet! Affordable and entertaining for the whole family.

10 out of 10. This far far exceeded our expectations. For a 90 min entertainment cruise this was well worth the money and at a low cost as well! Kids loved it. Adults loved it. Best decision we made was doing this tour. Non-stop entertainment from the get go till the finish. Highly recommended!

The adults and kiddos ( ages 5 and 8 ) in our group had a great time! Lots of action, adventure and fun! The crew was hysterical and stayed in character the entire time! Recommend highly!!

My kids had a great time. Everyone was very friendly. They even accommodated us by giving my little ones special treasure bags without candy for my type 1 diabetic child. Also fyi, you will get wet. Highly recommend.

We take my grandkids on this adventure every summer during 4th of July week. They always have an absolute blast. Even us adults really enjoy the adventure. It’s a must to get on the Scallywag!! You won’t regret it! The most fun thing you can do in Erie, Pa!!!

Great experience with my 4yr old granddaughter. The crew were excited, the story was well scripted and the result was an awesome adventure for the kids. Highly recommend for taking the kids out.
