Game stop is the last bastion of employee customer interaction. They are gamers and are respectful of their customers. Always helpful. Always make you feel at home. Always try and make sure your points/rewards are acknowledged. And see if you want to use them, along with renewing subscriptions to the rewards program. It is a good balance of up sales and customer service. This is the customer service everywhere should have.

This GameStop is the best! The employees are seriously some of the most friendly people I've met! I went today and Tyrell helped me with my purchase. He was so nice and super personable! Also when I left, the other manager walked me to my car because I had such a big purchase. Customer service is unmatched! I will always come here for any gaming needs!

I came in here for a Nintendo switch. The workers were super awesome and friendly. They helped me with other questions I had about other games etc. They were able to find me a bundled game for the switch that was for a raffle charity event I was doing, which was very nice. Store was clean and well organized. If I didn’t live so far away I would come here regularly.

I love this Gamestop. Kris is the best, and she has trained her employees to deliver top notch service. I actually go out of my way to visit this store, and I took my son there for the first time this past week. I am always glad I make the trip; he loved it and even got some great Funko Pops!

Great GameStop. I traded in my PS4 pro since I was able to get a hold of the PS5. The manager was very respectful and provided the best discount/trade in cost for me. They have a variety of games and other geeky stuff and it is always a fun time just looking at what they have.
This is a good game stop to go to and check out. It isn't big but it is not that small either.

Very good employees! Attentive to the customer as soon as you walk in. I had my 3 boys with me and the 2 gentlemen (associates) were also patient with them and with myself as well. They shut down the Gamestop that was closer to our house. This isn't that much farther so it isn't inconvenient. A much better run store than the Newark Gamestop. Keep up the good work Chichester Gamestop.

The female worker that runs the store is amazing & her customer service is beyond exceptional i recommend this GameStop over any other in the area I love love love her she's the best to check you out & i believe she cares about the customers and there interest check them out when she's there she won't disappoint!!!

I work in the same shopping center and often visit this location on my lunch or stop by for odds and ends I may need for the store I work at. Every time I visit this location I am greeted and can tell the staff cares about the customer, their job, and the location. The location is always clean and bright, someone is always available to help if you have questions. I would recommend you take the trip to this location for the very high caliber staff that works there. I live in Delaware and actually pay sales tax on my purchases, and drive out of my way to come here because I would rather do business with this location due to the excellent staff- Game Stop keep up the great work, the employees at this location are truly an asset to your company.

Julian has been SUPER helpful every time my fiance and I have been there. He's very knowledgeable and kind. He always has our best interest in mind and goes above and beyond to help us! By far our favorite GameStop because of him :-)

The man working was maybe in his late twenties he was very pleasant and I would definitely go back there and he was very knowledgeable about all the systems and answered every question I had

Now I don't like to travel but when it comes to my gamestop, I need to find that right feel to actually want to shop. Not only does it have a good vibe to it but the people that work there actually play video games. I spent hours there talking to one of the reps about multiple things even off the topic of video games. They even also give good advice when it comes to the game you should be playing. Picked up a copy of Assassin's Creed Origins and haven't stop playing it since. Oh yeah can't forget to mention, that was one of the games they told me I might like. I came in there to pick up a game I bought a few days later from another gamestop and I hate it 😑😑😑 should've stuck with the team I can trust I wasn't "in good hands" lol

They are maximizing the space avalible , so to some may seem crowded . Was surprised in the fact I do not own a current gaming system yet was abke to find intreestting items of other nature in store .

The employees are knowledgeable about a variety of games and game systems. You can get lists for upcoming games for any suitable. There is various merchandise for your favorite games and other media. This includes trinkets, toys, statues, keychains and a Legend of Zelda foam Master Sword. They also have Pop Vinyl figures. Older games and systems are also available there. It's a great place and I recommend going if you need something related to gaming.
